Yuan, proposed 15 solutions to metrological technical problems for enterprises, solved 11 technical problems, promoted new energy vehicle-related enterprises in Zhaoqing to establish metrological partnerships with relevant leading enterprises in the province, and strengthened Zhaoqing's new energy vehicle industry chain and supply chain resilience and competitiveness.

In order to provide technical support to the Metrology Committee, the Zhaoqing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has established a new energy vehicle development-related business unit with the main leader as the team leader and the leader in charge as the deputy team leader, the Metrology Section, the Standardization Section, the Quality Supervision and Development Section, etc. The leading group for the construction of the Metrology Committee formed by the department.

The Metrology Committee gathers and organizes various resources and forces such as technical support units to give full play to their respective superior technical forces to provide a package of metrology services and technical research support for new energy vehicles and auto parts small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhaoqing.

The Measurement Committee once organized 30 committee members and experts from the technical support units of the Measurement Committee such as the Provincial Institute of Metrology to address the problems of "unmeasured, inaccurate and incomplete measurements" existing in production and research and development of Zhaoqing enterprises and the problems that exist when applying current measurement technical specifications. Provide assistance and guidance on problems such as "too high precision, too many processes, and low advancement", and organize joint technical research. For example, we organized experts from the Radio and Television Measurement and Inspection Group to conduct multiple door-to-door surveys and proposed implementation plans for Guangdong Hongtu Technology Co., Ltd. The online calibration solution for key parameters of the special press-fitting machine for aluminum alloy die-casting parts has effectively promoted the technological innovation and development of the company.

In November 2023, the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau agreed that Zhaoqing City would be specifically responsible for organizing and implementing the Guangdong Provincial New Energy Vehicle Industry Measurement Partnership Plan.

This plan will rely on the strength of the Metrology Committee and the Industrial Metrology Testing Center to promote enterprises related to the province's new energy vehicle industry chain to establish metrology partnerships with leading enterprises as the center, and form a collaborative, efficient, integrated, and smooth metrology innovation ecosystem.

After the implementation of the plan, it will allow Zhaoqing's outstanding enterprises and their high-quality products to enter the supply system of leading enterprises and the mainstream market in South China, and effectively drive Zhaoqing's new energy vehicles and auto parts companies to deeply integrate into the new energy vehicle industry chain in South China, in order to accelerate Provide technical support to promote new industrialization and promote the high-quality development of Zhaoqing's new energy vehicle industry.
