"Hardware Town" Jinli Town promotes the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry

Jinli Town is an important industrial town in Zhaoqing with an industrial foundation.

Jinli Town, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, was selected as one of CCID's "Top 500 National Town Economies in 2024"; the hardware brand "Good Hardware·Made by Jinli" obtained national trademark registration; Jinli high-quality hardware companies organized groups to appear at major exhibitions in Guangzhou and Nanjing... Recently, "Hardware Town" Jinli good news spreads frequently.

In recent years, Jinli Town has spared no effort to promote the transformation and upgrading of the hardware industry, built a fully equipped hardware intelligent manufacturing town, introduced a professional park operation team, provided standard factories for enterprises, and completed the expansion of Zhaoqing Gaoyao Industrial Transfer Industrial Park. It promoted 20 electroplating companies to enter the park and built a regional public brand of "Good Hardware·Made by Jinli".

Good products require good brands, and good brands drive good benefits. In May this year, 13 Jinli hardware companies participated in the 11th China (Nanjing) Sliding Door Expo in the form of a regional public brand of "Good Hardware·Made by Jinli". In just three days, the Jinli Hardware exhibition area attracted more than 50,000 people to visit and negotiate, and many exhibitors have received millions of orders. At last year's Canton Fair, "Good Hardware·Made by Jinli" attracted hundreds of millions of orders, and businessmen from Tanzania and other places even came to Jinli Town to visit the factory.

Xinyongchang Hardware Company is one of the group exhibitors. Under the guidance and cultivation of Jinli Town, the company has grown into a precision hardware manufacturing enterprise integrating independent research and development, design, production and processing, and has become the drafting unit for national floor spring quality classification and "leader" evaluation requirements. "When we go to the exhibition, we not only bring our respective flagship products, but also see what other companies are doing." said Huang Yifang, general manager of the company.

Different from the transformation and upgrading path of Xinyongchang Hardware Company, Zhaoqing Ruri Metal Products Co., Ltd. chose to move into a smart hardware manufacturing town with complete supporting facilities. General Manager Du Jiajun said: "The new professional park is conducive to recruiting talents. The company also took this opportunity to expand its business scope and complete the capital increase and production expansion."

In the process of transformation and upgrading, the auto parts industry has become a new track for Jinli’s traditional hardware enterprises. Haojin Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. transformed into the production of new energy vehicle battery trays, Li Taifeng Hardware Company transformed from a metal processing enterprise into an auto parts enterprise, Junbao Hardware transformed into the production of automobile lamp casings, and Helian Hardware transformed into the production of automobile horn fixings... …After the transformation, companies have ushered in a new look.

Up to now, there are more than 8,000 industrial and commercial registered hardware enterprises (individuals) in Jinli Town, and there are 103 enterprises in the hardware category. From January to April this year, the output value of enterprises in the hardware category increased by 7.1% year-on-year. Jinli Town was rated as the "China Hardware Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Innovation Base" and one of the first batch of national small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industrial clusters in 2023.
