The exploration work of the Onna Smart Home Products Production Base Project and the Lou Fuli Smart Home Products Production Base Project is progressing smoothly

(The two projects were acquired on July 23 and entered the site for exploration on July 26), marking the entry of the project into the substantive construction stage.

The Onna Smart Home Products Production Base Project is located in Yong'an Industrial Park and is invested and constructed by Zhaoqing Junhang Metal Products Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan, the land area is about 10 mu, and the annual output value is expected to be 100 million yuan after reaching full production.

The Lou Fuli Smart Home Products Production Base Project is located in Yong'an Industrial Park and is invested and constructed by Zhaoqing Lou Fuli Metal Products Co., Ltd. The total investment is 100 million yuan, the land area is about 10 mu, and the annual output value is expected to be 100 million yuan after reaching full production.

Both projects mainly produce various types of high-end home decoration hardware products, and their main customers include Kingfisher Group of the UK, RCH of Canada, Andawood Group of France, Hafele of Germany, EPR of Norway, etc.
