Fine chemical industrial parks should avoid homogeneous competition, combine the layout of strategic industrial clusters such as green petrochemicals and future materials in the province, jump out of the fence of traditional chemical materials, and focus on the development of electronic chemicals, battery materials, and functional polymer materials industries.
Sihui Industrial Park in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone should link up with industrial clusters in surrounding counties and districts, focus on developing chain-type industries, create a demonstration area for industrial-city integration, establish an incubation and cultivation base for new quality productivity, and focus on the development of copper deep processing, automobiles, and intelligent equipment industries.
Electronic information industrial parks should gradually promote the transition of traditional and low-quality and inefficient industries to future industries, combine the layout of strategic industrial clusters such as future materials and artificial intelligence in the province, focus on the development of consumer electronics, artificial intelligence, and advanced metal processing industries, and gradually improve the supporting electronic information industry chain.
Nanjiang Industrial Park should take the promotion of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and orderly withdrawal of inefficient industries as the main path, take high-end metal new materials and their upstream and downstream industrial chain supply chains as the main direction, and focus on the development of high-end non-ferrous metal products, smart homes, and advanced metal materials industries.

At the same time, they should firmly grasp the opportunity of orderly industrial transfer, actively invite enterprises to visit the park, invest and start businesses, and closely connect with hometown talents of enterprises abroad to promote capital return, project return, talent return, and headquarters return.
In addition, all relevant departments should adhere to the principle that science and technology is the primary productive force and strengthen ecological protection capabilities to achieve green development.
