The research group came to the bamboo shoot planting base of Xiazhai Village Committee, Kengkou Town, to investigate the planting technology, yield, quality and market prospects of bamboo shoots, and affirmed the industrial scale and development potential of bamboo shoots. The supporting enterprise "Dian Du De Cantonese Restaurant" in Tianhe District that participated in the investigation expressed strong interest in "DiaoSiDan" bamboo shoots, believing that this is a very good product, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention, planning to promote this high-quality agricultural product to a wider market through consumer assistance.
It is understood that the bamboo shoot planting demonstration base in Kengkou Town is one of the Tianhe-Guangning industrial co-construction projects in 2024. The project covers an area of 5 mu and introduces bamboo shoots, a famous agricultural product in Tianhe. In order to smoothly promote the construction of the bamboo shoot planting demonstration base, the Tianhe work team in Guangning went to the Linyue Community in Nanhai, Foshan to learn about the planting and production management experience of bamboo shoots, and invited experts from the Provincial Forestry Science Research Institute to Guangning County to conduct site selection and planting technology guidance for bamboo shoot planting.
At present, five towns including Gushui Town, Hengshan Town, Tanbu Town, Paisha Town, and Beishi Town have selected sites for trial planting of [Diaosidan bamboo shoots] totaling 50 mu. Tianhe District, the seed source, is planning to apply for the qualifications of intangible cultural heritage, geographical indication, green food, organic agricultural products, etc., explore and innovate the cross-regional cooperation model of "headquarters + base", build Guangning into a planting base for Tianhe's high-quality seed sources, adopt the win-win model of "cooperative + farmers" to cultivate and expand, promote the [DiaosiDan bamboo shoots] industry to become bigger and stronger, and promote the cooperation and development of counterpart industries between Tianhe and Guangning at a deeper level, so as to achieve a win-win situation of resource complementarity and advantage sharing.
Subsequently, the supporting enterprise "Guangdong Diandude Catering Management Co., Ltd." also went to Nanjie Street to investigate the characteristic industries such as pigeons and wontons accompanied by relevant persons in charge of the county supply and marketing cooperative, and went to the exhibition and sales center of our county to carry out the selection of famous and high-quality agricultural products, deeply explore the potential for cooperation, and explore cooperation models. "Diandude" is a time-honored Cantonese teahouse in Guangzhou.
