这样衍生运作模式，并不能降低分散风险，而且因为很多分利者寄生（律师，票交所，清算所，评级机构）在融资链条上吃利，反而让成本加大了，风险提高了。

也会让购买这些理财产品的投资者暴雷。

肇庆5线城市的交通基础设施，要承受超一线的通行压力。

去往广西，贵州，云南，四川成都，重庆，湘西都要经过肇庆。

肇庆是大西南通往珠三角的必经之路。肯定堵。

惠肇高速未建成，不能分担二广高速的通行压力。

广佛肇云高速未建成，不能分担G80广昆高速的通行压力。

肇庆堵车，证明肇庆的交通基础设施远远落后于经济需求。

四会--清远，四清公路，几十年没有拓宽，

四会广宁怀集S263省道，几十年没有拓宽，

四会-广宁-怀集，除了S263省道和二广高速，缺乏其他的县级，乡级道路连通。相当落后。

G321，G324国道，在肇庆有些路段居然还是双向两车道，单向一车道。

G80广昆高速，在肇庆段，只有单向2车道，双向4车道，在平时都经常堵车。

国家和省在肇庆的交通基础设施投入严重不足，是导致肇庆严重大堵车的原因。

肇庆交通基础设施，承受不起珠三角往祖国大西南方向的压力。

到处说自己是基建狂魔，肇庆这样落后的交通路网基础设施，还好意思说基建狂魔？

祖国大西南的人民，想去珠三角务工，做生意，看见大湾区城市肇庆这么差的路网基础。人家都失去信心了。

当这个经济生活中提供担保的信用之锚，房子资产价格下跌了。

银行渐渐会发现，那些拥有很多房子铺面的人，其实也不是很稳定很稳固的经济体。就会重新对这些人重新审视信用额度。你的供应商也觉得你拥有的房子铺面也不过是一些水泥钢筋，不会再给占用太多的货款。

就这样，银行减少对经济体的信用支持，供应商减少对经济体的赊销支持。

造成的结果就是

经济交易快速萎缩，信用快速消失，赊销量快速减少。

所以，房价资产价格下跌，会自动紧缩银根。

房价一定会崩盘的，不管你怎么救市。救市就是徒劳。房地产市场就是一个骗局。

 我以前说过，大家需要的不是房子，

大家需要的是一个可以赚钱的投资标的物。

当这个投资标的物不能赚钱了。

就没有所谓的刚需了。

大家需要的不是住，大家需要的是赚的需求。

8倍市盈率以上，不要跟我说价值。

价值就是8倍市盈率。

以前所有的资金，都是冲着赚钱去买房子的。

因为赚钱，才是中国人的第一需求。

住宿不是第一需求。

很多人没有搞清楚这个问题。

只要股票可以赚钱，大家就会涌进去股票市场。

只要数字经济赚钱，大家就会涌进去数字经济市场。

当这个东西不能给大家赚钱了。
