In the early morning of September 2, Beijing time, the FINA Artistic Swimming World Youth Championships held in Lima, Peru ended. The National Synchronized Swimming Youth Team stood out from 36 national teams and won the gold medal in the collective free choice event. One of the team members was He Zhien from Fengcun Town, Deqing County, Zhaoqing City. In this event, He Zhien helped the Chinese team win 2 gold medals, and she also became the first synchronized swimming world youth championship champion in Zhaoqing City.

The World Youth Championship, full name World Youth Championship, is an international sports event specially set up for young athletes. From August 28 to September 1, the FINA Synchronized Swimming World Youth Championship held in Lima, Peru, is one of the highest-level events in the world of synchronized swimming. It has 11 events including women's singles technical free choice, men's singles technical free choice, group technical free choice, and mixed doubles technical free choice. A total of 260 athletes from 36 countries participated. The participating teams, competitive level, and event influence are world-class, representing the highest level of international synchronized swimming youth athletes.

On the first day of the competition, He Zhien and her teammates won the collective technical free choice event. On the last day of the competition, He Zhien and her teammates participated in the collective free choice event again and won another gold medal. Since then, two gold medals have been won, and she has successfully completed the battle of this World Youth Championship.

He Zhien was born in Fengcun Town, Deqing County, Zhaoqing City in 2007. She graduated from Zhaoqing No. 16 Primary School and is currently studying at Zhaoqing No. 1 Middle School. She was selected for the Guangdong Province Synchronized Swimming Team in 2020. She won the championship of the lifting combination event, the runner-up of the single event, and the runner-up of the double event in the 2021 Guangdong Province Synchronized Swimming Championships. In 2022, she won the single event championship, the double event championship, and the free combination runner-up in the synchronized swimming competition of the 16th Guangdong Provincial Games. In 2023, she won two gold medals in the women's doubles and mixed group synchronized swimming events at the First National Student (Youth) Games.

He Zhien was selected for the national synchronized swimming team and is the first athlete from Zhaoqing to be selected for the national synchronized swimming team.

北京時間2024年9月2日凌晨，在秘魯利馬舉行的世界泳聯花式游泳世青賽結束。國家花泳青年隊從36個國家隊伍中脫穎而出，奪得集體自由自選項目金牌，其中一名隊員是來自肇慶市德慶縣鳳村鎮的何知恩。在本次賽事上，何知恩助力中國隊奪得2面金牌，她也成為肇慶市首位花式游泳世青賽冠軍。

在北京時間9月2日的集體自由自選項目比賽中，中國隊作為壓軸隊伍最後出賽。隊伍以「三星伴月」為參賽曲目，整個表演跌宕起伏，賞心悅目。選手們齊心協力，將每個托舉都做得乾淨俐落，每一個動作都充滿了細節之美。柔美身姿與水花共舞，她們最後奪金。

世青賽，全名為世界青年錦標賽，是專為青年運動員設立的國際運動賽事。 8月28日至9月1日，在秘魯利馬舉行的世界泳聯花樣游泳世青賽，是世界花樣游泳等級最高的賽事之一，設有女單技術自選、男單技術自選、集體技術自選、混雙技術自選等11項，共有36個國家260名運動員參賽。參賽隊伍、競技水準、賽事影響力堪稱國際一流，代表國際花式游泳青年選手的最高水準。

在開賽首日，何知恩與隊友在團體科技自選項目中奪冠。在比賽的最後一天，何知恩再次與隊友參加集體自由自選項目，再次收穫一枚金牌。自此，兩面金牌收官，她圓滿完成這場世青賽之戰。

何知恩，2007年出生於肇慶市德慶縣鳳村鎮，小學畢業於肇慶市第十六小學，目前就讀於肇慶市第一中學。她於2020年入選廣東省花樣游泳隊，曾獲得2021年廣東省花樣游泳錦標賽托舉組合項目冠軍、單人項目亞軍、雙人項目亞軍，2022年廣東省第十六屆運動會花樣游泳比賽甲組單人項目冠軍、雙人項目冠軍、自由組合亞軍，2023年第一屆全國學生（青年）運動會囊括花樣游泳項目女子雙人和混合集體兩塊金牌。

何知恩入選國家花式游泳隊，是第一位入選國家花式游泳隊的肇慶籍運動員。
