廣東省（肇慶）大型產業集聚區（下稱「大產區市管起步區」）產業招商又迎來新進展！

近日，大產區市管起步區有7個計畫摘牌，為大產區的高品質發展注入了強勁動力！

此次摘牌的7個項目分別為：

天哲汽車零件生產專案、

中億達電氣裝備製造項目、

 眾星智慧氣體計量設備製造專案、

同成汽車零件生產項目、

樅立汽車零件生產項目、

港申新材料項目和潮美汽車零配件生產項目，

本計畫總用地近270畝，計畫總投資額超20億元。

此次摘牌計畫涉及新能源汽車、高端裝備製造和新材料等多個產業，部分企業科技含量較高，發展潛力較大。如中億達項目、眾星項目和港申項目，其投資企業均為高新技術企業。

另外，在此次摘牌計畫中，超一半屬於新能源汽車及零件產業，這些項目主要生產汽車型材、汽車零配件和汽車電池蓋板等產品。

新能源汽車及零件一直是大產區市管起步區的重點發展產業，目前已有不少相關項目落腳市管起步區，如今年引進、投資10億元的天丞高端汽車輪轂生產製造項目；去年引進、投資10億元的台鈴電動車產業園區計畫等。相信隨著此次摘牌新能源汽車計畫的落戶，大產區市管起步區新能源汽車產業實力將進一步增強，產業鏈將更加完善，產業集聚效應也會更加凸顯。

今年2024年以來，大產區市管起步區招商團隊前往長三角產業溢出地區、珠三角核心區域，考察了一大批高效率產業項目，在開展行業龍頭項目洽談攻堅的同時，還全力以赴加快高新技術和「專精特新」企業落地。

接下來，市管起步區將聚焦瞄準新能源車、新型儲能、新一代電子資訊、低空無人機、機器人等相關領域高新技術製造業招引，加速佈局未來產業，推進新質生產力構築、現代化產業體系搭建，探索打造肇慶「創新髮展示範區」與「高品質發展先行區」。

 在肇慶大型產業集聚區市管起步區，黃楚平實地考察規劃建設情況，希望加強配套設施建設，打造特色鮮明的生態產業新城。在研究同宇新材料（廣東）股份有限公司時，他肯定該公司在中高端特種樹脂領域持續自主創新，快速成長為專精特新「小​​巨人」企業，勉勵更好帶動電子資訊產業鏈上下游集聚。在了解廣東高登鋁業有限公司營運狀況後，他對公司加速轉型升級、多元佈局，引領鋁材產業創新發展表示讚許，希望走好傳統製造業高端化、智慧化、綠色化新路。走進莊家柒號文化創意園區，黃楚平詳細詢問研發、加工、營運狀況，鼓勵持續打造玉器產業融合文化藝術新標竿。實地察看大沙鎮元心村後，他稱讚當地依托現有資源實施微改造，希望持續探索多主體參與、多業態打造的特色村落運作模式。

黃楚平指出，四會市深入實施「百千萬工程」紮實有效，縱向組團幫助工作穩步推進。他強調，四會作為全省首批創先類典型縣，實施好「百千萬工程」要求高、責任重。要著力提升縣域經濟綜合實力，在大抓項目大抓招商上下功夫，加速建構現代化產業體系，建好用好產業發展平台，做精做活「土特產」文章，依托玉文化等特色資源發展文旅產業，努力成為全省縣域經濟排頭兵。要推動以縣城為載體的新型城鎮化建設，加強縣城規劃建設，優化基礎設施和醫院、學校等公共服務供給，切實提升縣城綜合承載力，實現產城人共融。要大力改善鎮村人居環境，加速典型鎮村打造進度，全力推動美麗圩鎮建設，切實提升農村風貌，因地制宜結合歷史文化、生態資源等發展鄉村旅遊。要紮實抓好縱向組團幫扶工作，省常委會辦公廳要發揮好牽頭統籌作用，聚焦省委要求、四會所需，各盡所能，強化省級資源導入，形成幫扶合力。肇慶四會要發揮主體作用，把「頭號工程」落到每件具體工作、具體項目上，務實深入實施「百千萬工程」不斷取得紮實成效。
