 做企业不要盲目扩张：

看这些年企业起起落落，本分经营的企业都活得好好的。

装逼的企业都倒的差不多了，总是想做大做强，盲目的去扩张，盲目的上杠杆。

看看恒大、苏宁、融创、乐视，等等等等，都是老板装逼，拼命的搞扩张，就是老板决策。根本没有战略规划，也不算账，到底挣不挣钱？全是老板拍脑袋规划，结果企业受不了就倒闭了，或者处于倒闭的边缘。

所以你们也别高看很多老板，都是时代的产物，在时代风口上，他挣到大钱了。

结果风停了，风换个方向吹，装逼大老板就摔在地上了。

做企业也罢，我们日常生活也罢，现在都不要加杠杆，因为现在你很难赚到超额的钱。老老实实的做好自己的事业，赚不到超额的钱，但也没有大的风险，反而是最好的选择。
