近日，大產區市管起步區有7個計畫摘牌，為大產區的高品質發展注入了強勁動力！

此次摘牌的7個項目分別為：

天哲汽車零件生產專案、

中億達電氣裝備製造項目、

 眾星智慧氣體計量設備製造專案、

新能源汽車及零件一直是大產區市管起步區的重點發展產業，目前已有不少相關項目落腳市管起步區，如今年引進、投資10億元的天丞高端汽車輪轂生產製造項目；去年引進、投資10億元的台鈴電動車產業園區計畫等。相信隨著此次摘牌新能源汽車計畫的落戶，大產區市管起步區新能源汽車產業實力將進一步增強，產業鏈將更加完善，產業集聚效應也會更加凸顯。

《把握機會 建設新四會》

1993年11月25白，國務院正式批准四會撤縣設市。這是四會人民政治、經濟生活中的大喜事。

四會是廣東最古老的縣份之一，自秦代置縣至今，已有2000多年的歷史。改革開放以來，四會人民充分發揮魚米之鄉、柑桔之鄉、僑鄉和礦產資源豐富的優勢，大力改善投資環境，積極引進外資，大辦工業，大搞建設，使四會的經濟插上了起飛的翅膀，城鄉面貌煥然一新，國民經濟持續、快速、健康發展。根據統計，1993年全市社會總產值38億元，工農業總產值33.62億元、財政收入0.91億元、農村人均年純收入1566元，分別比1978年增長8倍、9.3倍、10.1倍和7.65倍。

四會設市後，市委、市政府緊緊抓住這一新機遇，邀請專家、學者以及各界人士，反覆進行研討、論證，廣泛徵求和聽取意見，用超前的眼光和長遠的觀點，按照中等城市的格局，以城市現代化、工業規模化、農村集約化、城鄉一體化為目標，重新進行全面規劃，描繪建設新四會的宏偉藍圖，使四會在「快車道」上繼續加速前進。

一是要下大力氣抓好市政建設和基礎建設。這是發展經濟的先決條件。市政建設方面，決定搬遷市行政中心，加速東城、倉豐、貞山城區的發展，使市區形成一河兩岸、四個方塊組團式的格局。今年內要規劃動工興建新的行政中心和30多個市政配套設施項目，力爭在設市一周年和市第三屆柑桔節時投入使用；交通建設方面，要大力加強公路建設和改造，盡快實現市區至各鎮公路的水坭化。同時，要抓緊籌建北江馬房第二橋；能源建設方面，努力加速電站、電廠、電網建設，近期內重點抓好綏江白沙水力發電廠建設，完成清塘、南江、貞山等輸變電站工程，鼓勵並支持山區鎮發展小水電，加強農村電網、電力管理，實現全市供電全日化；通訊建設方面，在已實現全市自動電話程控化的基礎上，繼續抓緊建設城區8000門程控電話擴容工程，興建新的郵電通信大樓，增建大沙、​​江谷兩個行動電話發射站，擴大覆蓋面，以適應經濟不斷發展的需要。

二是要以市場經濟為導向作好工業，重點發展規模工業，進一步搞活經營，加快速度，搞大堆頭，提高效益。在繼續抓好現有幾個企業集團的鞏固和發展的同時，組建陶瓷、鋁材、服裝、鞋業等大型的企業集團；以建材、床褥、連桿、陶瓷等拳頭產品為龍頭，以經濟效益為目標，帶動工業向規模方向發如要充分發掘和利用本地資源、大幅度提高生產能力，上一批髙新科技項目，特別要大力發展石膏、石灰石、陶瓷土、花崗岩、高嶺土、水力等資源工業；要繼續辦好和發展“三資企業"，面對當前利用外資發展外向型經濟的新特點，要認真總結經驗，研究新情況，採取新措施，建立健全招商機構，解決新問題，尋求新發展。

三是要深化農村經濟體制改革，全面推行農村股份合作制，加速農村經濟發展。本市農村股份合作制發展的方向和重點是以種養業、加工業和建立農村社會化服務體系為主，積極引導和扶持農民走上合作聯營的軌道。一方面要利用本市毗鄰廣州、佛山等大中城市的優勢，以大企業為依托，透過資金、技術入股，發展改造鄉鎮企業，壯大農村經濟實體；另方面要採用集體以土地、部門以資金、農民以勞力折股投入的辦法，實行統一規劃，連片種植，投標經營，利潤分紅，共擔風險，大力發展和辦'好農村種養商品基地，引導農民逐步走上規模化、集約化經營，推動「三高」農業的發展，不斷增加農民的收入。
