The research team came to the investment observatory of the large-scale industrial agglomeration area in Guangdong Province (Zhaoqing) to observe the progress of project construction in the agglomeration area. The land resources, location advantages, industrial foundation, investment promotion and future development direction of the starting area.

The research team affirmed the development achievements of the starting areas of municipal management in agglomeration areas. Since the beginning of this year, our city's large-scale industrial clusters have taken the lead in the province to implement the "command + management committee + state-owned platform" operation and management model, further gathering strength, empowering and increasing efficiency, and various construction works have made good progress. A total of more than 8,500 acres of land has been purchased and stored in the municipal management starting area to fully ensure the needs of enterprise landing and project construction. At the same time, around the "1+1+2" industrial layout, construction and investment were attracted, and a total of 84 industrial projects were introduced. Among them, 50 were high-tech enterprises and specialized new enterprises, accounting for about 60%, showing a racing investment speed.

The research team stated that the large-scale industrial cluster in Guangdong Province (Zhaoqing) is one of the seven large-scale industrial clusters approved by the provincial government at the end of 2021. From fish ponds to contiguous industrial land, it has now formed a bustling construction scene. We must continue to keep a close eye on the task time points, focus on the established goals, strengthen factor guarantees, go all out to accelerate the progress of project construction, strive to attract more leading, iconic, and "chain master" major and high-quality projects to settle, and promote the improvement and expansion of industrial development.
