進入新能源汽車時代以來，肇慶動力汽配成功轉型，產品從單一的燃油車項目增加至純電動項目、混動項目、航空項目、油泵蓋項目等多線並進。

如今的新能源車業務已占公司總量的75%，產品供應日本明電舍、蔚來汽車、湖南中車、上海電力驅動、奇瑞汽車、比亞迪、廣汽埃安、一汽紅旗、卡斯馬汽車系統（上海）、軒孚科技等品牌。

新能源汽車上新節奏之快，打破了燃油車的種種“舊規則”，這為公司帶來了新的挑戰，譬如開發週期的縮短和不斷壓縮的成本空間。

肇慶動力金屬主營的汽缸蓋是車輛安全件，要求十分嚴格，過去的開發週期是90天-180天，而如今新能源汽車客戶要求的是40天即給出樣品和報價。

車企開出的40天「答题」時間，

肇慶動力金屬花了35天就“交卷”，這很大程度上得益於數位化轉型的模擬鑄造獲得精準的、迅速的、專業的設計方案，以及公司專業、高效的產業協同方案，獲得及時、準確的模具、工裝等開發配套。

肇慶動力金屬從2019年開始就進行數位化升級，將生產線、財務數據、品質數據、能源數據、物流數據等全部整合一個平台，實現了從分散型到集中型辦公，平台數據的即時流動能夠讓生產線快速響應。

譬如某個生產數據的變化，從員工層層反映至統計部門，過去需要起碼一天，現在透過平台，幾乎同時知曉，產品的生產係數、重量、數量、產出等數據的匯總推動了生產線的高效溝通和流程協作的快速反應。

不僅如此，當車企負責人到動力金屬商討新產品的研發合作，技術部門負責人透過平台集合參數，現場就可以明確開發的技術細節。

根據統計，自推動數位化改革以來，動力金屬的設備利用率提升了12%、設備平均耗能減少3.5%、維護成本降低了13%、交貨準時率提高了15%。

走進廣東鴻圖科技股份有限公司的金利廠區，每條生產線上都醒目地擺放著一個指示牌，標註著壓鑄件供應的整車品牌，6800噸的超大型壓機正在上模。

近年來，鴻圖科技把數位轉型視為策略規劃的重要組成部分，並建構起自己專用的大數據平台。所有工序、流程及結果都會轉化成數據，既輔助生產，也為生產決策提供支援。

打開其平台，可以一覽無遺其生產、財務、能耗、品質、工程技術、庫存、採購、安全等17個主題的數據，可以快速產生150張不同內容的報表。

在過去，公司若調度相關情況，需要人工從各處「拉數據」然後製表。如今透過平台，不僅可以即時產生報表，而且17個主題的數據互相打通，可以更為立體地展現公司的經營狀況。
