混凝土夏季施工有哪些注意事项？

夏季有着气温高，降水多，降水量大、干燥快的特点。因此，夏季混凝土工程施工分为：个从原材料的进厂、配合比的设计及控制、混凝土的出厂的控制、混凝土的施工控制等几个阶段，是一个系统工程。混凝土在交付及使用过程受到各种因素的影响比较多，容易出现凝结快、干缩大等不利情况，若施工、养护过程不采取有效措施，均有可能造成质量问题。

混凝土原材料进厂控制

夏季施工中对于原材料的质量控制重点在水泥的使用温度、外加剂性能和砂石料的含泥量控制方面。一般情况下水泥的入库温度在40～60℃，夏季的气温在25℃以上，这样的气温下，水泥的冷却速度变慢，热水泥的使用过程中容易出现混凝土的假凝或者是混凝土的坍落度损失较大的问题。因此，增加水泥的库存量，也就相对延长了水泥的冷却时间，从而可以保证水泥性能的稳定性和混凝土性能的稳定性。此外，夏季高温的特点容易导致混凝土的坍落度损失大的情况发生，产生此情况的常规原因一是砂石料含泥量大，导致物料对水分和外加剂的吸附量大；二是混凝土外加剂的保塑性能差；三是工程施工过程中赶工期，为追逐混凝土的凝结时间短而导致的外加剂缓凝成分不足。

上述情况在大体积混凝土施工过程中更要注意，必要时还需要进行系列的混凝土降温措施，这里不多叙述。

配合比的设计及控制

夏季混凝土配合比设计，要根据原材料的性能、考虑夏季气温高而产生的胶凝材料水化快的特点，充分利用这一性能，调整混凝土配合比中胶凝材料的比例，适度的增加掺和料的用量，这样既可以控制混凝土的水化速度（进行水化热的计算），又能达到增加混凝土混凝土耐久性的效果，而且混凝土的生产成本也会降低，混凝土的施工性能会提高。此外，混凝土的生产过程中要建立有效的措施和手段，确保严格执行混凝土的配合比。

混凝土的出厂的控制

混凝土出厂前要进行出厂检验，目测混凝土的出厂坍落度，估计混凝土的运输时间和坍落度损失，力保混凝土的入机坍落度。在出厂检验过程中，发现混凝土坍落度和和易性异常时要禁止混凝土出厂，分析原因后进行调整，如果是非偶然性的原因造成的问题，要对所有的混凝土生产过程进行统一、全面的检查。

另外，混凝土的运输环节也要加以控制。由于可能存在运输车辆出现问题、交通管制、施工速度慢等原因，易造成混凝土的运输时间增长；因此在每辆运输车中配置（可以桶装）5～10㎏混凝土外加剂便可以有效的改善这样的情况。

混凝土的施工控制是保证混凝土工程质量的关键

4.1施工前的准备

4.1.1混凝土浇筑前，检查地基、模板及其保护层厚度，与埋件等的位置、尺寸，确认无误，发现异常进行整改。

4.1.2模板和钢筋不得沾有碎屑、污物，模板不能有缝，与混凝土接触的模板要涂润滑剂或衬垫薄膜材料。

4.1.3对与混凝土接触到的地基、模板，施工前应洒水湿润，降低表面的温度，但应防止模板蓄水。

4.1.4混凝土的浇筑尽可能安排在夜间施工。

4.2浇筑顺序合理

4.2.1不得将润管的砂浆集中浇筑到柱、墙、梁等部位。

4.2.2浇筑墙、柱等较高构件时，一次浇筑高度以混凝土不离析为准，一般每层不超过500mm,捣平后在浇筑上层，浇筑时要注意振捣到位使混凝土充满端头角落。

4.2.3当楼板、梁、墙、柱一起浇筑时，先浇筑墙、柱，待混凝土沉实后，再浇筑梁和楼板。

4.2.4当楼板与梁一起浇筑时，先浇筑梁再浇筑楼板。

4.2.5浇筑时要防止钢筋、模板、定位钢筋等的移动和变形。

4.2.6分层浇筑混凝土时，要注意使上下层混凝土一体化，应在下一层混凝土初凝前将上一层混凝土浇筑完毕，在浇筑上层混凝土时必须将振捣棒插入下一层混凝土5cm左右以便于形成整体。

4.2.7为防止混凝土发生离析，混凝土自高处自由倾落高度超过2米时应设置串筒或溜槽，以保证混凝土下落时不发生离析现象。

4.2.8控制混凝土的浇筑速度，保证混凝土浇筑的连续性，防止产生施工冷缝。

4.3合理振捣

4.3.1当混凝土温度升高时，为了便于施工，一般坍落度都要求较大，导致混凝土收缩量增大、强度大幅度降低。如用增加水泥用量的方法来补充用水量的要求，凝结时间及早期水化热对混凝土影响更大，收缩过快导致的裂缝会更多。因此，应在满足施工要求的前提下，尽可能的降低坍落度。

4.3.2对于大流动性混凝土，过振会将水泥浆、砂浆、粗骨料从上层至下层分布，其收缩比为3：2：1这样混凝土表面的水泥浆在下层砂浆和石子的约束下极易产生收缩变形裂缝。因此，在混凝土浇筑过程中，应采用分散布料，然后用铁耙子将混凝土基本搂平，接着进行梅花式的振捣，振捣棒插入的点与点之间，应相距400mm左右，振捣时间不宜超过15s，并以观察粗骨料在混凝土的各个层面上能均匀分布为基准。

4.3.3在浇筑混凝土时，如遇高温、太阳暴晒、大风天气，浇筑时应立即用塑料薄膜覆盖，避免发生混凝土表面硬结。如出现硬结，可进行二次振捣。必要时应采取遮阳、挡风措施。

4.3.4夏季遇暴雨时，应用薄膜对已浇筑的混凝土进行覆盖。

4.4合理抹压

4.4.1混凝土经振捣第一次抹压找平后，混凝土拌合物在自身重力的作用下还要自然的下沉，直至初凝。到混凝土初凝时，表面又会出现凹凸不平的情况，甚至会出现收缩变形裂缝。

4.4.2混凝土表面的不密实和塑性收缩变形裂缝的出现，加速了混凝土表面的失水速度，使裂缝加剧，特别是在大风和高温的天气环境下，此种情况极易出现，因此需要在混凝土终凝前进行第二次或第三次的抹压，消除已出现的塑性收缩变形裂缝。更多请关注微信公众号：施工管理技术

4.4.3表面处理时严禁浇水，如确实需要可用喷雾器限量喷洒。

4.5保湿养护

4.5.1夏季，如养护不及时不但降低强度，有些缝向深度发展直至贯穿。所以保湿养护是防止混凝土产生塑性收缩变形裂缝的根本措施，能使混凝土的抗拉强度及早生成，来抵抗随后将产生的拉应力，较好的防止混凝土裂缝的产生。

4.5.2在表面处理作业完成之后及时地进行养护，做到随抹随盖，当混凝土表面没有浮水，能经住手指轻压，就可以开始覆盖并洒水保湿养护，终凝后即连续浇水养护，必须保证混凝土表面处于充分的湿润，并不得少于7天，掺抗渗防裂剂的不得少于14天。

4.5.3平板构件混凝土浇筑收浆和抹压后，用塑料薄膜覆盖，防止表面水分的蒸发，混凝土硬化至可上人时，揭去塑料薄膜，铺上麻袋或草帘，用水浇透，有条件时近量蓄水养护。

4.5.4截面较大的柱子，宜用湿麻袋围裹喷水养护，或用塑料薄膜围裹自生养护。

4.5.5墙体混凝土浇筑完毕，混凝土达到一定的强度（1～3天）后，必要时应及时松动两侧模板，离缝约3～5mm，在墙体顶部架设淋水管，喷淋养护，拆除模板后应在墙两侧覆挂麻袋或草帘等覆盖物，避免阳光的直接照射墙面，地下室外墙宜尽早回填土。

4.6模板牢固，适时加荷

4.6.1为防止混凝土不均匀沉降或受震动而产生裂缝，模板支撑必须牢固。

4.6.2在混凝土强度未达到1.2MPa前，不准在幼龄混凝土上面踩踏，支模和加荷。

4.6.3拆模时混凝土必须达到规定的拆模强度，过早拆模、承重会导致混凝土表面撕裂、产生裂缝等质量问题。

“质量就是生命，安全重于泰山”，提高对夏季混凝土施工的思想认识，做好提前的预防性准备，制定相应的控制细节，加大各个环节的控制力度，发现异常时及时地进行整改，将能有效提高工程的整体质量。

混凝土裂缝的形成原因？

混凝土开裂一直是工程中一个不可避免的问题，混凝土裂缝以各种形式存在于建筑物中。随着建筑质量要求的不断提高，人们对于建筑安全意识的广泛关注，处理混凝土裂缝问题已变成了一种势在必行的趋势。混凝土作为建筑材料的重要组成部分，如果可以解决混凝土的开裂问题，延长混凝土建筑的使用寿命，提高混凝土材料的承受能力、耐久性及抗渗能力，对于保护人民的生命和财产安全具有极大意义和社会价值。

1 混凝土裂缝

在建筑工程上，根据混凝土裂缝形成原因、时间、因素、方式或者位置等条件对混凝土裂缝都有着不同的分类，而其中根据裂缝形成的时间可以分为凝结过程中形成的裂缝和浇筑完成后形成的裂缝两大类。

1.1 骨料引发的裂缝

骨料是对用于拌制混凝土的砂、碎石或砾石的总称。骨料在混凝土建筑物中以颗粒状松散性分布的形式起着骨架支撑和填充的作用。作为建筑物中的主要原材料，其粒径大小，强度以及成分比例等都影响着裂缝的形成。其中根据粒径的大小可将骨料分为粗骨料和细骨料。粗骨料也称为石，是指粒径大于4.75mm的骨料。常用的粗骨料有天然岩石或岩石经过破碎筛分而得的碎石以及由自由风化，水流冲击，洗刷，搬动，分选最后堆积而成的卵石。相对来说碎石强度大，能够在混凝土中起到良好的抗裂性，一定程度上增强混凝土建筑的强度。

未加载荷之前就出现的微裂纹是由粗骨料引发的，混凝土在凝结硬化过程中其内部就出现了微裂纹，而微裂纹在承重面受到载荷的作用下不断延伸使得裂缝变大导致混凝土结构破坏。主要表现在粗骨料可以限制混凝土的收缩，使其收缩比水泥砂浆的收缩小得多，从而导致混凝土的内应力增大，造成微裂纹。而粗骨料引发裂缝主要是它的阻挡作用，当混凝土受到载荷微裂纹扩展到粗骨料时，由于粗骨料的强度较大，无法通过，就绕过粗骨料，因此裂缝可能获取更多的能量。

1.2 凝结硬化过程形成的裂缝

在混凝土浇筑初期，混凝土内部由于水泥水化热产生的温度应力导致混凝土出现裂缝。此类裂缝主要分为表面裂缝、深层裂缝以及贯穿裂缝。

1.2.1 表面裂缝

混凝土凝结过程中，水泥水化热的产生使混凝土内部的温度急剧上升，随着温度的提高，混凝土外部的热量需向着大气散发，维持表面恒温。但混凝土内部热量不易向外界散发，内部温度急剧上升，导致混凝土温度梯度的出现。由于混凝土表面失水干缩远强于内部，则混凝土内外产生压应力和拉应力，形成扭转应力，当扭转应力超过混凝土极限抗拉强度时，混凝土就会产生裂缝。虽然混凝土表面裂缝不属于结构裂缝，但在混凝土收缩过程中，由于表面裂缝截面已被削弱，很容易产生应力集中现象，可导致混凝土进一步开裂。该裂缝防护措施有：

（1）使用合理比例的原材料，降低混凝土收缩；

（2）提高施工技术，严格管控施工过程；

（3）对混凝土裂缝进行灌胶凝材料或者灌浆填充。

1.2.2 深层裂缝

深层裂缝是在基础约束范围内的混凝土产生温度梯度后形成的。在混凝土建筑物中危害最大的是由于结构面断开的裂缝。如果无法避免基底结合区的表面裂纹，则应尽量防止裂缝向深部扩展。这样既可以防止温度梯度的形成，也可以很好地控制裂缝发展。

该裂缝的防护措施有：

（1）保温，减少混凝土表面温度散发，防止混凝土内外部形成温度梯度；

（2）加隔层，在基底结合区与混凝土深部之间加隔层，防止裂缝向深部发展；

（3）对已出现的微小裂缝进行灌浆处理。

1.2.3贯穿裂缝

在混凝土浇筑初期，混凝土还处于塑性状态，加热阶段时弹性模量很小，变形引起的应力也很小，所以温度应力一般可以忽略。混凝土浇筑一段时间后，水泥水化热已被释放，混凝土从最高温度逐渐降低冷却，由于冷却，再加上过量水分蒸发在混凝土体积收缩引起的变形，都受到混凝土结构边界条件的约束，发生不自由变形，导致混凝土的整个截面都极容易产生裂缝。

该裂缝的防护措施有：

（1）控制混凝土水化热以及减少地基或者垫层的约束，防止温差过大而引起温度裂缝，最后导致形成贯穿裂缝；

（2）严格控制混凝土用料，加强混凝土早期养护，适当增加养护时间；

（3）保证混凝土施工工艺以及施工材料的质量，提高混凝土基础质量。

1.3 浇筑后期产生的裂缝

浇筑后的裂缝会经历不同的环境，在不同的环境中会形成不同的混凝土裂缝，在循环荷载作用下出现的裂缝，可大致归总为横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、网状裂缝、反射裂缝这四种裂缝形式。

1.3.1 横向裂缝

该裂缝与路的中心线大致垂直，但其宽度却不同。较长的裂缝可以直穿整个路面，较短的裂缝就在路面一部分开裂。半刚性基层的横向裂缝可以分为因温度变化而形成的温缩裂缝和因含水量发生变化而形成的干缩裂缝。

产生的原因主要有：

（1）施工缝处理不恰当，导致不同部位结合不紧密，从而导致横向裂缝；

（2）半刚性基层由于水泥用量、施工质量等因素产生的路面收缩裂缝也是导致横向裂缝的一个原因；浇筑的沥青质量没有达到相关技术标准，导致沥青混凝土面层温度疲劳应力大于混凝土抗拉强度，导致横向裂缝。

该裂缝的防护措施有：

（1）使用性价比高的原材料以及控制配合比；

（2）施工过程中，严格按照制定计划与安排进行；

（3）加强收缩裂缝管控以及加强软基处理；

（4）控制混凝土承受载荷。

1.3.2 纵向裂缝

该裂缝的特征是一条与道路中心线大致平行的裂缝，有时会有一个小的分支缝。根据裂纹宽度和断裂边缘的破坏情况，可将其受到的损伤分为轻、重两级。

裂缝产生的原因：

（1）在冷接缝蔓延前后的场地或处理不符合相关标准，组合不接近或关闭；

（2）纵向沟槽回填土压实质量差而发生沉降；

（3）拓宽道路中新老路面的沉降不同；

因基础不稳定，在行车荷载与水温的作用下，产生塑性变形，或者由于基层材料安定性不好（如钢渣结构层）产生膨胀，导致各种形式的开裂。

该混凝土裂缝的防护措施有：

（1）施工按照规定严格执行；

（2）加强下部以及整体混凝土的强度；

（3）混凝土前后路面铺摊机械化，防止结合不紧密。

1.3.3 网状裂缝

裂缝纵横交错，将路面分成很多小块。裂缝宽在1mm以上，裂缝间距在40mm以下，裂缝面积在1m2以上。它会使路面松垮和凹槽，极大影响路面的安全程度。

网状裂缝产生的原因：

（1）在纵横裂缝出现后，继续延伸，经过冰水侵蚀之后形成；

（2）路面结构中含有强度较低的夹层，受压破碎松动导致稳定性降低，形成网状裂缝；

（3）刚被破坏就形成了网状裂缝，外加混凝土强度较低，受到载荷时裂缝延四周扩散，从而形成网状裂缝。

该裂缝的防护措施有:

（1）避免砂浆、冰水或者各类油对混凝土表面层的污染；

（2）按照各种混凝土验收规范选定合适的原材料和混合料；

（3）路面结构中尽量避免基层中存在脆裂以及松散现象；

（4）在原材料，施工工艺等方面提高基层的强度。

1.3.4反射裂缝

在开裂的沥青混凝土路面或者有接缝的水泥面上铺一层新的沥青混凝土，但一定时间后会在相同位置出现同样的路面状况。这就是国外对于反射裂缝的大致描述。但对于半刚性基层沥青路面来说，反射裂缝特指的是由于半刚性基层在温度变化之下会产生收缩开裂，在载荷作用下，裂缝沿着已经开裂的半刚性基层向外扩展，也就形成了反射裂缝。反射裂缝无论是有怎样不同的描述，它都是在开裂的基础之上，经过温度，含水量，载荷等影响因素之下引发的沥青面层裂缝。

反射裂缝产生的原因：

（1）下部基础施工完，没有及时继续施工，受到空气的影响导致开裂；

（2）路面地面的拉应力超过沥青混凝土极限强度而形成了反射裂缝；

（3）半刚性基层产生的干缩裂缝和低温收缩裂缝在载荷和混凝土温度分布不均匀的反复作用下延伸到面层所形成的反射裂缝；

该裂缝的防护措施有：

（1）在基层铺筑后，严格执行施工要求，尽快竣工；

（2）在面层与下部基础之间设置隔离层或者构件应力夹层；

（3）对旧面板加筑，防止下部基础的反射；

（4）改善半刚性基层产生的干缩以及收缩性质。

2 结语

混凝土开裂一直是工程上不可避免的问题。而混凝土建筑物裂缝形成的因素有很多，本文是根据混凝土凝结时间对裂缝进行分类，将其分为凝结硬化时的表面裂缝、深层裂缝和贯穿裂缝以及凝结硬化后产生的横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、网状裂缝和反射裂缝。这些裂缝的形成都受到人为因素、环境因素以及自身因素不同程度的影响。通过对这些原因的研究提出相应的防护措施，在一定程度上防止混凝土裂缝的形成以及扩散，延长混凝土建筑物的使用寿命，具有较大的社会效益和经济价值。

高いレベルのプラットフォームを構築することは、製造業の質の高い発展を推進する重要な支えである。広東省は、製造業の当主が大きなプラットフォームに力を入れることを堅持し、ハイテク・ハイエンドの高効率、クラスター集約の導きを確立し、高レベルのプラットフォームを「金名刺」「金梧桐」にすることを提案した。

広東省（肇慶）大型産業集積区（以下「肇慶集積区」という）は省政府が許可した7つの大型産業集積区の1つである。ここ数年来、肇慶は実体経済を本とし、製造業を主とすることを堅持し、「産業強市、プロジェクトを王とし、園区を母とし、企業を第一とする」ことを堅持し、全市の力を挙げて肇慶集積区を1万ムーの千億ハイレベル現代化産業積載大プラットフォーム、製造業の高品質発展をリードするモデル区と東西産業協力発展の先行モデル区にした。

「前回ここに来た時はまだ泥だらけの土地を通っていたが、今新しく整備された道路は未来の工場に直行している」と見学に来た客は肇慶集積区の様相が日進月歩だと感嘆した。

過去1年間、広東省（肇慶）の大型産業集積区の土地収蔵、特別債務資金、道路管網の新規整備、新規操業プロジェクトなどの指標は全省の7つの大型産業集積区の上位に位置した。その背後には、肇慶が大型産業集積区の質の高い発展に取り組むたゆまぬ努力がある。

肇慶集積区は肇慶市東南プレートに位置し、東は仏山市、西は肇慶市中心市街地に寄りかかり、南は珠江デルタハブ（広州新）空港に臨み、全体計画面積は992平方キロである。

大湾区の最大の発展の奥地として、肇慶の土地の空間的優位性が際立っている。総計画面積約992平方キロメートルのこの土地は、肇慶未来産業強市の「コアエンジン」、産業集積発展の「航空母艦」、製造業の高品質発展のモデルリードプラットフォームである。

広東省が大プロジェクト、大クラスターを積載する大型産業集積区の建設を提案して以来、肇慶は高位に推進され、肇慶集積区の計画建設を全市産業振興の第一プロジェクトとして捉え、全市の力を挙げてリード型産業集積区、サポート型産業園区、万ムー千億大プラットフォームを構築することを提案した。

2022年4月、広東省（肇慶）の大型産業集積区計画建設指揮部が看板を掲げ、平坦化、高効率の管理体制と運営メカニズムを確立し、経済を理解し、計画を理解し、産業を理解し、園区建設を理解する高素質幹部陣を鍛造し、「最良」の土地資源を集中して肇慶集積区建設を加速させ、全方位的な要素保障を強化する。

第1期に画定された集積区「2+5」のスタート区の面積は約137平方キロで、鼎湖蓮花-四会富渓、四会大沙の2つの市管スタート区と端州区、鼎湖-肇慶新区、高要区、四会市、肇慶高新区の5つの地方スタート区が含まれており、開発利用可能な土地は約13万ムーあり、2つの市管スタート区だけで3万ムーの連片工業用地が良質な産業プロジェクトを待っている。

「2+5」のスタート区が全面的にスタートしたことに伴い、肇慶は集積区に約800億元を投資して建設した120以上のインフラプロジェクトの推進を加速させた。2022年にインフラ建設投資78億元を完成する。

肇慶大型産業集積区指揮部の関連部門の責任者は、「ここには大面積で成熟した良質で価格優位性の高い集中連接工業用地があり、これは特に珠江デルタでは貴重なものではない」と述べた。

それだけでなく、2022年に広東省自然資源庁が発表した「広東省都市圏国土空間計画協調ガイドライン」は、仏山大型産業集積区（仏北戦新産業園）、肇慶大型産業集積区をリードとする仏肇連動グループの構築を支持し、仏肇産業協同と科学技術革新協力を推進すると指摘した。これは肇慶集積区が全省の産業共同建設に参加するためにより多くの可能性を創造した。

「大型産業集積区は単独の『新城』ではなく、広仏に隣接し、高要区、四会市、肇慶高新区、肇慶新区などの核心産業区域をカバーし、周辺の良好な産業集積及び生活居住と組み合わせて良好な相互作用と呼応を形成している」と上述の担当者は紹介した。

発展の位置づけに基づき、肇慶は集積区を広東港澳大湾区先進製造業集積区、広東港澳大湾区科学技術革新協同区、広東港澳大湾区グリーン発展モデル区にすることに力を入れる。

優れたことをし、産業生態を強化する

現在、広東省（肇慶）の大型産業集積区と広東・桂協力特別試験区は融合発展、強大な連合を実現し、計画建設指揮部の設立1周年を迎え、肇慶集積区市管スタート区はまもなく集中契約、着工活動を行い、22項目が集中契約、9項目が集中的に着工する。プロジェクトは自動車部品、二輪電気自動車、工業用アルミニウム形材、スマートドア窓、スマート家電、スマート新小売など多くの分野をカバーしている。その際、複数の金融機関が融資式を行う。これは肇慶集積区の建設がまた重要な一歩を踏み出したことを示している。

今年2月、肇慶市は広東省（肇慶）大型産業集積区の鼎湖蓮花―四会富渓市管理スタート区で、2023年全市第1四半期の重大プロジェクトの集中契約、着工、操業活動を行い、重大プロジェクトは200を超え、総投資額は876億7000万元に達した。

The Zhaoqing Cluster Area is located in the southeastern part of Zhaoqing City, adjacent to Foshan City to the east, the downtown area of Zhaoqing City to the west, and the Pearl River Delta Hub (Guangzhou New) Airport to the south. The overall planned area is 992 square kilometers.
