This year, Fengkai County has actively connected with relevant departments of Panyu District and organized many high-quality investment promotion and exchange activities. Participated in high-end platforms such as the 10th China Guangzhou International Investment Annual Conference and Panyu District Global Investment Promotion Conference, accurately connected with leading enterprises such as China Construction Fourth Bureau, Third Bureau, Huasuiwei and Panyu District Manufacturers Association, and fully demonstrated the unique advantages and broad prospects of Fengkai County's Green Building Materials Industrial Park, Guangdong-Guangxi Fengkai Park and Port Terminal, and won the attention and favor of many companies.

Frugal cooperation results, continuous investment boom

Since June 2023, Fengkai County and Panyu District have worked closely together to transfer a total of 6 high-quality projects from Guangzhou, with a total investment of 497 million yuan. These projects cover multiple fields such as green building materials, modern agriculture, and green energy, enriching the industrial structure of Fengkai County and further enhancing the competitiveness of the county's economy. Among them, the Guangdilong breeding project in Pingfeng Town, Fengkai County is an industrial transfer project that Fengkai County successfully took over from Panyu District this year. The project plans to invest 30 million yuan and will be built into a modern agricultural benchmark project integrating breeding, breeding and processing, injecting new vitality into the economic development of Fengkai County.

Innovative cooperation model, exploring new paths for reverse enclaves

Fengkai County continues to reach investment cooperation with more business associations and enterprises. At present, it is actively exploring the "reverse enclave" cooperation model with Panyu District to broaden investment channels. It is planned to set up investment platforms in Guangzhou and other places, and use the location advantages and industrial clusters of Panyu District to attract more high-quality enterprises to pay attention to Fengkai and invest in Fengkai. At present, the two parties have reached a preliminary consensus on the establishment of a reverse enclave investment platform and the joint hosting of an investment conference, and are accelerating related work.
