At the site of the Guangning County Pigeon Deep Processing Project, workers are stepping up the arrangement of HVAC and slaughtering line equipment, improving the finishing stage of various projects, and preparing for the subsequent large-scale machinery and equipment to enter the site.

The relevant person in charge of the company said that the project is mainly divided into two functional sections: pigeon slaughtering and deep processing. At present, the construction progress of the slaughtering project has reached 70%, and the deep processing has completed 90% of the project progress. The project is expected to be completed and put into production in early September.

The project base integrates slaughtering and deep processing. It uses the original slaughtering line, cold storage and processing workshop of the vegetable basket distribution center to build a pigeon slaughtering primary processing production line and a pigeon deep processing cooked food workshop. The primary processing mainly realizes the sorting, cleaning and freezing of pigeons, and the deep processing produces pigeon pre-prepared dishes.

At the same time, the pre-prepared pigeon dishes are also developed. At present, 6 pre-prepared pigeon dishes have been developed, including crispy pigeon, salt-baked pigeon, pepper pigeon, tea oil pigeon, original pigeon soup, selenium-rich wolfberry soup, etc.

After the project is put into production, the daily slaughtering capacity can reach 30,000 pigeons, and the daily deep processing capacity can reach 10 tons, which will drive the employment of about 80 people.

The Guangning County Agricultural Products Deep Processing and Circulation Aggregation Industrial Park project is located in Luowei Village, Hengshan Town. The planned core area is about 50 acres, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. It mainly carries out deep processing of pigeons and agricultural and sideline products, and is closely connected with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Vegetable Basket Products (Zhaoqing) Distribution Center. ‌At present, the project has invested about 180 million yuan, the exterior wall decoration of the office building, auxiliary rooms, workshop No. 1 and workshop No. 2 has been completed, the interior decoration is in progress, and the roads in the park have been basically completed. ‌

Yuhui Modern Agricultural Complex Project

The total planned land area of ​​the Yuhui Modern Agricultural Complex Project is about 1,148 mu, with an investment of about 2.6129 billion yuan, and the sites are located in Wuhe Town and Paisha Town respectively. Among them, the pig breeding base is located in Paisha Town, with a planned land area of ​​about 540 mu; the slaughtering and processing base is located in Wuhe Town, with a planned land area of ​​about 608 mu.

At present, the first phase of the slaughtering project has been completed and put into production, with a daily slaughter of 500 heads. The earthwork leveling work of the second phase meat food processing area has been completed by 80%. After the completion of the project, the annual output value is expected to reach 6.5 billion yuan, creating 500 jobs.

The deep cold fresh Guangning pre-prepared food project is located in Luowei Village, Hengshan Town. The total land area of ​​the project is 50 mu, and the planned investment is 70 million yuan. Relying on the "vegetable basket" distribution center as a carrier, using cutting-edge intelligent cold chain technology, a pre-prepared food production plant is built, mainly producing meat pre-prepared food, etc., further integrating and utilizing Guangning County's high-quality agricultural product resources, and creating a food processing project that extends the deep processing industry chain of agricultural and sideline products.

Chuangzhan Bona Slaughtering Deep Processing Industrial Park Project (Sikeng) covers an area of ​​82 mu, with a total construction area of ​​100,000 square meters and a planned investment of 450 million yuan. The construction is equipped with slaughterhouses, French fully automatic slaughtering production lines, French sausages and meat sauce meat products deep processing production lines, etc. Through the construction of meat deep processing projects, the project can realize a closed-loop food safety system from ecological farms to the table, complete the construction of the deep processing industry chain of the breeding industry, and strive to create the "China-France Agricultural Industrial Park" industrial system.

The poultry slaughtering and deep processing project of Guangdong Chuangzhan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Food Co., Ltd. is located in Chaomizu, Shijian Community, Binheng Town. The total investment of the project is 82.3 million yuan. It is equipped with slaughtering workshops and deep processing workshops. It plans to introduce 2 (sets) of domestic leading poultry slaughtering production lines and 2 (sets) of poultry meat deep processing production lines, and is equipped with office areas, R&D centers, testing centers, live broadcast centers, living areas, cold storage, equipment rooms and sewage treatment stations and other functional facilities.

After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to slaughter and process 12 million poultry annually, and create 250 new jobs through breeding, transportation, catering and other industries.

In Guangning County, the circular economy and new materials industry cover three parts: the first is the plastic recycling and comprehensive utilization industry in the South China Park, the second is the new materials industry represented by Xinlingnan, Shijing, Shanmo and other enterprises, and the third is the "replacing plastics with bamboo" industry represented by the Happy Cake project.

At present, there are about 82 related enterprises in Guangning County, including 31 above-scale enterprises, mainly distributed in the South China Renewable Resources Industrial Base in Wuhe Town, Hengshan Industrial Park, Binheng Town Jiangji Industrial Park and Gushui Town.

In 2023, the output value of the county's circular economy and new materials industry will exceed 5.4 billion yuan. Among them, the output value of the South China Park (circular economy) increased by 28.32% year-on-year; the output value of new materials (mainly Shijing New Materials, Shanmo, and Xinlingnan) increased by 18.7% year-on-year. From January to June 2024, the output value of industrial enterprises above the designated size in the county's plastic recycling industry increased by 28.4% year-on-year; the output value of the new materials industry increased by 7.68% year-on-year.

In recent years, Guangning County has continuously cultivated and expanded the circular economy and new materials industry by attracting investment, guiding enterprises to carry out technical reforms and transformation and upgrading.

Multiple projects have been put into production one after another, and the industrial chain has been continuously strengthened

Guangning County adheres to the concept of green development and circular economy, actively promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, and successfully introduced a series of projects such as Huaying Supply and Marketing, Jinmeng and Xinji.

The implementation of these projects has not only injected new economic vitality into Guangning County, but also built a more complete industrial chain in the field of plastic recycling and comprehensive utilization.

Among them, the Huaying Supply and Marketing project was introduced in August 2022, put into production in October and was put into operation in the same year, providing front-end supply guarantee for raw materials for the South China Park; the new projects Huasu Project and Tepuai Capital Increase and Expansion Project were completed and put into operation in 2023 and were put into operation, further playing the leading role and radiation effect of the South China Park. The equipment installation of the Jinmeng project has completed 95% of the progress. At present, most of the work of the project has been completed and it will be fully put into production soon. The steel structure of the No. 1 plant of the Xinji project has been basically completed, and the No. 2 and No. 3 plants are under design and construction.

Breaking through the bottleneck of "replacing plastic with bamboo", the bamboo industry ushers in a new era of high-quality development

In March 2023, Guangning County successfully introduced Shenzhen Xingfu Cake Food Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of Guangning County Traditional Bamboo Processing Demonstration Base. The project investment is 60 million yuan, and the planned construction scale is 17,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings and traditional bamboo processing demonstration production lines, "replacing plastic with bamboo" production workshops, bamboo culture exhibition halls, bamboo product trading platforms, comprehensive office buildings and other functional places.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held in late April 2023 and construction started. The main project construction was completed in October. It will be completed and put into production in May 2024.

The Guangning County Traditional Bamboo Processing Demonstration Base currently has three projects stationed, including Guangdong Beautiful Life Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Guangning Zhenhui Paper Products Co., Ltd. and Guangning County Gushui Hongda Bamboo Stick Products Factory, mainly producing "replacing plastic with bamboo" products and bamboo sticks such as Xingfu Cake knives and forks, trays, packaging boxes, packaging materials, etc.

At the same time, two "bamboo instead of plastic" projects, Zhuzhisheng and Yingding, were introduced this year. The contract has been signed successfully. The implementation of the projects will promote the high-quality development of Guangning County's bamboo industry. Among them, the Zhuzhisheng green bamboo comprehensive development and utilization project has a planned total investment of 1.17 billion yuan. It adopts advanced production technologies at home and abroad to produce environmentally friendly bamboo fiber tableware with bamboo fiber, which makes up for Guangning County's shortcomings in "bamboo instead of plastic" and helps Guangning to efficiently utilize bamboo, reduce carbon and fix carbon, develop the economy, and increase income and become rich.

Gradually improve the quality of the industry and stimulate new economic vitality

In recent years, through "small to large", capital increase, technical transformation, digital transformation and other methods, transformation and upgrading have achieved remarkable results and stimulated economic growth vitality.

In 2023, the circular economy and new materials industry will complete 6 capital increase, expansion and technological transformation projects with a total investment of 170 million yuan. Three projects are being prepared with a total investment of 50 million yuan, namely, the technical transformation and capital increase and expansion project of Tepuai, the new blown film production line project of Jiangxing, and the technical transformation and capital increase and expansion project of Huasu.

Promote the digital transformation of enterprises. Support enterprises to strengthen independent innovation, carry out automation, digitalization and green technology transformation, and accelerate the promotion of enterprises to carry out product replacement, production line replacement, equipment core replacement, intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing and other upgrades. So far, 10 enterprises in the county's circular economy and new materials industry cluster have completed digital transformation.

Use industry digitalization to empower transformation and improve both production capacity and management

Jointly promote the deep integration of smart parks and trading platforms with the county supply and marketing cooperatives. By activating the electronic scale at the gate of the South China Park, the entry and management of incoming and outgoing goods are uploaded to the trading platform simultaneously. And assist in cluster registration, cluster hosting and other work, enterprises enter the platform for system management, effectively improve production efficiency, reduce costs, improve product quality and better adapt to changes in market demand. Through industrial digital empowerment, strengthen the park's production capacity and standardize management and supervision. In 2023, the platform transaction volume reached 224 million yuan; from 2024 to date, the platform transaction volume has reached 173 million yuan.

Science and technology innovation entities are developing rapidly and helping enterprises improve quality and efficiency

Taking the opportunity of creating a provincial-level innovative professional town, accelerate the cultivation of circular economy entities, and continue to cultivate and apply for specialized, innovative, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and high-tech enterprises. There are 4 circular economy and new material enterprises that have been identified as provincial-level specialized, refined and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting for 44.44% of the number of provincial-level specialized, refined and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in the county. Among them, Linuo, Xinlingnan and Shanmo were identified as provincial-level specialized, refined and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in 2022; Shijing New Materials was identified as provincial-level specialized, refined and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in 2023.

At present, there are 12 effective national high-tech enterprises in the circular economy and new material industry inventory. Up to now, the number of patents obtained by the county's circular economy and new material industry is 173, including 16 invention patents and 5 appearance patents, showing an increasing trend year by year.

Promote the quality and efficiency of the innovation platform of the Engineering Technology Research Center. Xinlingnan Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as the provincial and municipal glass melting furnace material engineering technology research center, and Linuo, Shanmo New Materials, Chuangfeng, and Shijing New Materials were recognized as municipal engineering centers.
