【文物】

　　六祖寺 位於清塘（今龍甫）鎮營腳小學旁。 傳說唐代龍朔二年（662）起，六祖慧能曾隱於扶盧山15年，後人建庵於山下祭祀六祖，庵久廢。 又於清嘉慶十四年（1809）遷現址重建改名為六祖寺。 今僅存後殿。

　　貞仙祠 原名貞烈祠，又稱貞烈仙祠。 坐落在廣正山北麓，為祭祀文氏貞仙而建。 傳說唐代貞元十七年（801）九月九日文氏貞女昇仙，當年鄉民在山下設昇仙壇祭祀，眾稱「仙女壇」。 後移至已廢的妙虛宮（建於唐貞觀元年）故址建祠，以永祀文仙。 1000多年來屢有修葺改建。 1962年祠毀於風雨。 1982年四會縣開發貞山旅遊區，旅港同胞蘇東霖等捐資重建新祠，1987年冬落成，佔地約2822平方米，分前堂、後殿兩進，中設聚寶亭，左右有文武 宮、致富宮，祠前立牌坊作山門。

　　蓮花古寺 位於陶塘鋪（今東城街道陶塘社區），建於宋崇寧年間（1102—1106），祀阮公佛。 由於年代久遠，雖屢有修葺，終廢。 1993年由旅港同胞及鄉民捐資重建。

　　寶林古寺 位於清塘鎮（今貞山街道）柑欖村委會上寨村西，始建於宋熙年四年（1071），初名“眾緣寺”，宋崇寧元年（1102）在寺中祀阮公佛。 明崇禎年間（1628—1644）重修，改名為「寶林古寺」。 以後屢有修葺。 1986年縣政府定為縣重點文物保護單位。 1988年再修繕復原，寺設山門、前殿、正殿、後殿，左右廂房、小巷，皆有小門通連，佔地1134.35平方公尺。 古寺有明清建築特點，並保留宋代「承露」建築結構。 寺內留有清乾隆、道光、鹹豐年間重修的碑記、門匾、樑柱石刻楹聯等。

　　寶勝古寺 位於大沙鎮安平村委會木巷村，原為感應化師道場，始建於北宋熙寧二年（1069），定名寶勝寺。 元代元貞元年（1295）重修，祀梁公佛，仍名寶勝寺。 清代重修時，改名為「寶勝古寺」。 寺設山門、大殿、後殿三進，左右廂房、小巷通連，建築為穿斗式樑架結構，保留清代建築風格。 抗日戰爭期間，被日機炸毀後殿。 1986年縣政府定為縣重點文物保護單位。 1987年重修，寺內現仍保存元代及清代雍正、乾隆、鹹豐、光緒年間重修的碑記及樑柱石刻楹聯等。

　　白霧台 位於下茆鎮公婆山下，祀張、梁二仙。 舊傳有丹爐、寶硯各一件，早已散失，遺址猶在。 1986年旅港同胞蘇東霖捐資重修。

　　羅氏宗祠 位於威整鎮甜竹坑村委會，建於明代中期。 祠設正門、前廳、大廳三進，左右廂房、小巷設門通連，佔地約578平方公尺。 建築為硬山頂鍋耳穿斗式樑架結構，正門前左右均砌花崗岩石板高台。 向外台邊設有石欄棚，屋頂、廊簷及樑架圖案雕刻精美，今尚完好。

陳氏宗祠 位於鄧村鎮（今貞山街道）金星村委會蓮塘㘵村右側，始建於明崇禎年間（1628—1644），為兩進四合院式，硬山頂抬樑與穿斗式混合結構 ，佔地約282.9平方公尺。 1947年重修，今仍完好。

曾公祠 位於羅源鎮鐵坑村委會，由左至右為聞喬曾公祠、衍榮曾公祠和秀水書室3座並列組成的建築群，中間隔有巷道，建築均為硬 山頂式。 衍榮祠內存1塊清光緒九年（1883）重修碑，記述該祠於清嘉慶十三年（1803）始建。

　　登雲書室 位於清塘鎮（今城中街道）河西村委會江頭村，建於清光緒年間。 書室有兩進，形狀像祠堂，硬山頂穿斗式樑架結構，面積約268平方公尺。

　　冼氏宗祠 位於江谷鎮冼田村委會，始建無考。 1919年在原址重建，祠由正門、大堂兩進及左右廂廊等建築組成，硬山頂穿斗式樑架結構，佔地約750平方米，有仿清代建築特色。

　　【紀念遺跡】

　　江頭鄉農會舊址 位於黃田鎮江頭村委會上寨村南端，原為“朝谷陳公祠”，始建於清代，建築面積約274平方米。 1924年9月12日，中共黨員、國民黨中央農民部特派員、廣寧農民運動領袖陳伯忠，率先在此組成江頭鄉農會和農民自衛軍。 當時出席成立大會的有廣州農講所教員、海陸豐農運領袖彭湃，廣寧縣農會領導人周其鑑、羅國傑等。 1986年縣政府定為縣重點文物保護單位。 1993年12月進行維修。

彭澤民故居 位於清塘鎮（今城中街道）白沙村委會，是一座普通農村磚木結構民房，有前、後兩進，前進中為天井，左右為小房；後進中為大廳，左右為住房 。 佔地約139.2平方米，建於清代。 1987年縣府撥款重修，增設「彭澤民故居」雲石碑刻。 1992年在故居大廳增設彭澤民銅質半身塑像，並陳列彭澤民事跡、圖片、照片等展品（縣立博物館1993年報請縣政府把彭澤民故居列為縣第二批重點文物保護單位）。

　　抗日陣亡將士紀念碑 位於四會城區中山公園內。 碑形為方柱狀建築，立於方座台中央。 全碑分柱、座兩部分。 柱高6米，中座高1.86米，方座台高0.64米，佔地54.91平方米。 碑四邊有圍欄，欄高0.5米，碑柱嵌入1塊花崗岩，花崗岩豎立陰刻隸書“抗日陣亡將士紀念碑”，碑座正面嵌1塊花崗岩，並排豎立陰刻“中國國民黨四會縣黨部 書記嚴飛、陸軍稅警團八師師長張君嵩、四會縣長週東，中華民國29年7月7日敬立」字樣。 1986年縣政府定為縣重點文物保護單位。

【特產】

　　柑桔　南方人稱“柑桔”，北方人稱“柑橘”。 四會柑桔在唐初已有種植栽培，至今有1300多年歷史。 四會柑以清甜、皮薄、汁多、爽脆等優點列為貢品，曾享譽京華，每年約輸「貢柑」1500—2000公斤。 明崇禎年間（1628—1644），肇慶府通判陶奭齡曾為四會輸柑作《柑子苦》一詩，表達對柑農年年輸柑的同情。 清代屈大均著《廣東新語》一書載：「柑桔……產四會者光滑，名魚凍柑……柑、橘、香櫞，以四會為大家。」四會柑先在大 沙上林種植。 到清乾隆年間（1736—1795），柑桔種植才遍及社甫、黃崗、仁聚、陶塘、西沙、姚沙、松甫、沙尾等鋪。 1935年，國立中山大學農學院農林研究委員會溫文光著的《廣東省柑桔類調查》載：「四會西沙產的柑扁圓形，頂部凸如瘤狀，臍窩圓小而淺，皮 光滑，深黃色，肉紅黃色。此品種頗耐貯藏，為廣東省柑類最優良也。」這說明當時西沙曾是柑桔主要產地。 清末民初，地處綏江河畔的黃田、石狗一帶，逐漸引種柑、桔、橙，成為柑桔產區。 至1949年，全縣柑、桔、橙種植87公頃。 中華人民共和國成立後，縣政府重視和扶持柑桔生產，「四會柑」種植發展很快，綏江河畔柑桔產區不斷鞏固和擴展。 1960年代起，沿龍江河兩岸的清塘、江谷、下茆、龍江等公社，新闢果園擴種柑桔。 1963年，四會縣被省列為主產柑桔基地。 1980年代初，在農業部和省、肇慶地區農業部門扶持下，建立柑桔無病蟲害苗圃場。 至2023年末，全市柑橘類水果種植面積發展至10.86萬公畝，年產量12.95萬噸。
