2022年5月30日、肇慶市は広東瑞慶時代新エネルギー科学技術有限公司の生産開始式と小鵬スマート自動車関連部品産業園の定礎式を行い、肇慶が世界レベルの新エネルギースマート自動車産業クラスターを構築するために堅固な一歩を踏み出し、「万ムー千億」の新たな征途をスタートさせたことを示した。

ここ数年来、肇慶市の新エネルギー自動車及び自動車部品産業の発展の勢いは強く、2020年には生産額296億8000万元、前年同期比18.8%増、2021年には生産額443.1億元、48.1%増を実現し、2022年には生産額が900億元を超え、千億級新エネルギー自動車産業クラスターが徐々に形成される見込みである。

小鵬自動車と瑞慶時代はその筆頭企業だった。小鵬知能網連科学技術産業園は2017年に肇慶に定住してから現在まで、年間生産能力は10万台から20万台に急速に拡大し、肇慶市で最大規模の工業企業に成長している。

千億産業クラスターの構築

超大型インテリジェントダイカストユニットを採用することで、複数の個別、分散した部品を高度に集積して一体化ダイカストすることができ、部品点数、製品重量、製造コスト、設備敷地面積などを大幅に削減し、新エネルギー自動車産業の競争力を高めた。

高要区の担当者によると、2022年末現在、高要区にはダイカスト企業が50社以上あり、従業員は1万人を超えている。ダイカスト産業は工業総生産額85.8億元、創建税3.2億元を実現し、鋳造品の年間生産量は21万トンに達した。

日前，位於肇慶高要的恒興水產二期建設施工現場

施工人員各司其職、幹勁十足地

開展鋪設鋼架結構工作，

一派熱火朝天的勞動場景。

據項目施工相關負責人王信强介紹，

在確保施工安全的前提下，該項目在日前的“五一”假期也投入了充足的人力物力，保質保量完成施工進度，工程主體建築已於5月4日封頂。

二期項目預計年底竣工

當前，高要區大力推進預製菜產業發展，乘著這股東風，肇慶恒興水產充分發揮自身優勢，加快相關項目建設進度。

恒興水產二期項目自開建以來，不斷優化施工方案，當前正全力全速推進建設進度。

據瞭解，恒興水產二期專案規劃建設5條高度自動化黑魚生產線，日產能60至100噸； 同時新增1條羅氏沼蝦生產線，日產能可達5噸； 此外還將新增一套儲存量10000噸的自動化立體冷凍倉庫，打造大灣區的都市配送中心，整個二期項目預計於今年年底整體竣工並投產。

二期生產車間建成投產後，預計該企業預製菜產能可以翻2到3倍，可實現年產值5至10億元。

二期項目建成投產後，可為企業自身及餐飲客戶和B端客戶提供更多產品研發及輸出，年總產量和總產值也將實現大幅提升。

4月13日至15日，廣寧縣委書記陳超常、縣長何劍才率考察組赴四川省宜賓市對當地龍頭竹產業企業、現代林業示範基地、竹產業加工園區、竹林康養旅遊區等發展情況開展招商考察及交流學習。 通過考察學習，廣寧一方面開闊視野、創新思路，與當地相關龍頭企業共同探索產業發展道路，為培育一批獨具廣寧特色的龍頭企業提供了可借鑒的經驗，加快推動廣寧產業高品質發展。

廣寧全力做好省產業轉移對接工作，搶抓政策機遇，主動與廣州、順德等地區對接，把廣州、順德對口幫扶的優質產業招引作為重中之重，做好工業用地準備、園區規劃、項目引進、要素保障等方面的產業轉移對接工作。

廣寧還充分發揮駐外招商工作組的作用，圍繞先進裝備製造、新材料、食品加工等領域，努力引進一批投資規模大、科技水准高、環保低耗的優質項目，確保重點意向項目儘快簽約落地，努力使招商成效發揮到最大。

大力整治盤活閒置用地和低效用地，

用好“零地招商”和“舊巢”引“新鳳”，

保障優質項目快速順利落戶。

廣寧縣五和鎮把華南園區轉型陞級工作擺在更加突出的位置，狠抓推進落實，通過加强企業服務，引導存量優質塑膠企業技術改造提質增效、搭建新廠房盤活園區閒置土地和招商引資，以引優劣汰騰籠換鳳相結合的管道，推動園區轉型陞級高品質發展。

近年來，廣寧打破固有的“招商引資、土地先行”慣例，積極探索“零地招商”新模式，大力實施並購、租賃、股權合作等，清理盤活閒置占地的“僵屍企業”，實現“增資、增效、不增地”的良好效應，提高了招商效率，進一步促進了園區產業集聚發展和轉型陞級，不斷釋放高品質發展新動能。

接下來，廣寧縣將堅持大抓產業，形成產業招商落地“一盤棋”；堅持產業強縣，提升產業招商實效；强化要素保障，為項目提供有效承載，推動項目有效落地。
