In order to conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, further do a good job in the "Enterprise·Mayor Express" related work, and deepen the communication and exchange between the party, government and enterprises, on September 20, Dinghu District·Zhaoqing New District held a party-government-enterprise communication symposium to listen to the opinions, suggestions and demands of enterprises face to face, explore development ideas with entrepreneurs, discuss good development strategies, and promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the two districts. Liu Yuntong, Secretary of the Dinghu District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhaoqing New District, and Director of the Management Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech; Liang Jianmei, Deputy Secretary of the Dinghu District Committee, District Mayor, Member of the Party Working Committee of Zhaoqing New District, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of enterprises such as Zhaoqing New Stone Industry Co., Ltd., Youkangli Aseptic Beverage Production Basic Project, Hourong Machinery Manufacturing Base Project, Fujitsu Elevator Super Factory Project, Zhaoqing Yuelong Textile Co., Ltd., Zhaoqing Dinghu Natural Gas Cogeneration Project, and Chunyuan Health Industry Co., Ltd. spoke successively, raising demands for electricity, water, gas, labor, road access, and other issues that need to be coordinated and resolved by the government. At the same time, they also spoke freely about optimizing the business environment and promoting enterprise development. Responsible comrades of relevant departments of the two districts responded to the questions raised by the enterprises on the spot and solved problems for the enterprises.

The meeting emphasized

Enterprises are an important force to promote economic development and an important pillar of high-quality development. All levels and departments must effectively help enterprises solve problems encountered in the development process, implement various policies to help enterprises, continuously optimize the business environment, and do everything possible to solve problems and promote development for enterprises.

First, we must insist on putting enterprises first and solve problems for enterprises with caring services and affection. Strengthen communication and docking with enterprises, and coordinate and solve problems and difficulties encountered by enterprises in a timely manner. The main responsible persons of each town (street) and department should take the initiative to provide services, provide front-line services, and provide precise services to promote the precise implementation of various policies and measures to help and benefit enterprises, and solve problems for enterprises with greater efforts, more practical measures, and better services, so as to help enterprises grow bigger and stronger.

Second, we should attach great importance to the development of the real economy. We should adhere to the principle of industrial strengthening and manufacturing priority, fully support enterprises to expand their scale, optimize their structure, and improve their efficiency, unswervingly promote high-quality development, and accelerate the creation of a new manufacturing city in the western part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Third, we should continue to optimize the business environment and promote the accelerated implementation of projects. We should improve the full-process tracking service mechanism of projects, focus on improving the speed and quality of agency services, make every effort to create a first-class business environment, and promote the rapid implementation and quick results of projects; further smooth the communication channels between government and enterprises, adhere to the "three-to-service", encourage enterprises to actively communicate with party committees and relevant government departments at all levels, and strive to build a close and clean relationship between government and business.
