We must coordinate the fixed asset investment plan and project storage and statistics, carefully plan the application of special bonds and ultra-long-term special treasury bonds, and enhance the stamina of high-quality development. We must strengthen the quality and efficiency of service guarantees, continue to implement various measures of the state, province, and city on "promoting consumption" and "attracting investment", increase support for construction companies, and promote the steady development of the real estate and construction industry.
