Project introduction
The Tianrun Building Commercial Complex Project is a key investment attraction project in Duanzhou District. It is located on the east side of Xinghu Avenue. In December 2022, Tianrun Real Estate Company won the land and ground property through auction. It plans to invest 200 million yuan and will be renovated and constructed by Yunju Construction Company. It is expected to be completed and put into use before the end of May 2026.
After the project is completed, it will echo with cultural, commercial and tourism resources such as Yanqian Peninsula, Qixingyan East Gate Square, and Xinghu Square, further activate market consumption vitality, continue to promote the renewal and development of the business format around Xinghu, and help Zhaoqing build a higher level of cultural and tourism city.
At present, the project has been approved and is planned to be developed and constructed into a modern urban commercial complex integrating catering, accommodation, conferences, entertainment and other functions. The west side of the main street shop on the first floor of the project plans to introduce "Xiaopeng Motors" as a brand display and sales flagship store, and the east side plans to introduce the Zhaoqing pre-prepared food industry display and sales image store.
