After nearly three months of orderly operation, the first 110 kV prefabricated cabin substation in Zhaoqing invested and constructed by Guangdong Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid has effectively solved the problems of insufficient power supply capacity caused by the increase in load in this area, too long power supply radius of 10 kV lines, insufficient 10 kV outgoing line intervals, and power supporting facilities in the high-tech industrial park. It has helped to promote the quality and efficiency of the park and provide strong power guarantee for the economic and social development of Guangning and the construction of key projects in the high-tech industrial park.

The 110 kV prefabricated cabin substation is located in the Guangning County High-tech Industrial Park. The total investment of the project is 72.61 million yuan. It will build a 110 kV line of 9.29 kilometers and a substation capacity of 80 MVA. It is the first GIS prefabricated cabin 110 kV substation in Zhaoqing City.

As a new generation of substation construction mode, the prefabricated cabin substation has the characteristics of "standardized design, modular combination, industrialized production, and intensive construction". It adopts the mature manufacturing technology of outdoor prefabricated substation products for modular production, effectively shortening the construction period and reducing the workload on site. At the same time, the primary and secondary system equipment in the substation are highly integrated in the prefabricated cabin, which effectively improves the space utilization rate and station construction flexibility.

It is understood that after the 110 kV prefabricated cabin substation was put into operation, it effectively solved the problems of insufficient power supply capacity caused by the increase in load in the high-tech industrial park, the long power supply radius of the 10 kV line, and the insufficient spacing of the 10 kV outgoing line. It effectively solved the problem of power supporting facilities in the high-tech industrial park, helped to promote the quality and efficiency of the park, and provided sufficient power guarantee for the economic and social development of Guangning County and the construction of key projects in the high-tech industrial park.

In order to provide good power supply services for the park, Guangning Power Supply Bureau has set up a special power service team for key projects and equipped full-time customer managers to provide one-to-one power services for enterprises in the park. A joint office was established with Guangning County Enterprise Service Center in the High-tech Industrial Park to provide high-quality and professional power supply services for the park and solve the power supply problems of enterprises in a timely and efficient manner.

In recent years, Guangning Power Supply Bureau has actively assisted local industrial investment promotion to meet the power development needs of the industrial park area. In addition to investing in the construction of a 110 kV prefabricated cabin substation, it also invested more than 16 million yuan to build a 10 kV and below power grid, with a total of 9.9 kilometers of 10 kV cable lines, 9 10 kV automatic switch boxes, 4 10 kV switch stations, 37 10 kV switch cabinets, 2 public distribution transformers with a total of 1260 kVA, and 4 electric vehicle charging piles.

The relevant person in charge of the bureau said that in the future, it will continue to organically integrate and closely connect power grid planning with local economic development, and contribute more to the economic development and industrial layout of Guangning County.
