On August 22, 2024, the signing ceremony of the loan contract of the Guangdong Branch of the National Development Bank to assist Deqing County in the "Hundred Million Project" (comprehensive land improvement project in the whole region) was held to implement the decision-making and deployment of the Provincial Party Committee on the in-depth implementation of the "Hundred Counties, Thousands of Towns and Tens of Thousands of Villages High-quality Development Project", give full play to the role of financial "living water", and comprehensively promote the comprehensive land improvement work in the whole region, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development of Deqing County's "Hundred Million Project" with higher standards, greater efforts and more practical measures. At the event, the Guangdong Branch of the National Development Bank signed a loan contract with Defa Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. of Deqing County, with a contract amount of 900 million yuan.

It is reported that in recent years, Deqing County has combined its own development needs, based on its resource endowment advantages, and has in-depth communication and docking with the Guangdong Branch of the National Development Bank. With the active participation and promotion of the Deqing Assistance Team, it has planned to implement the "Hundred Million Project" farmland comprehensive improvement project and rural infrastructure comprehensive improvement project with a total investment of about 1.126 billion yuan. The project covers agricultural land consolidation, industrial supporting facilities, rural infrastructure construction and other contents. Through space relocation and aggregation, increasing the efficiency of cultivated land, and improving the quality of the environment, it has injected strong vitality into the acceleration of Deqing County's "Hundred Million Project".

Ling Yun said that Deqing will take this signing as an opportunity to work with the Guangdong Branch of the National Development Bank to comprehensively deepen the cooperation mechanism and continuously open up a new situation of government-bank cooperation and two-way empowerment. Deqing County will do its utmost to ensure the implementation of the project, serve as a bridge between banks and enterprises, follow up and implement the project in a timely manner, and transform the signed project into a tangible livelihood project as soon as possible.
