The outer layer of puff pastry is handmade by a pastry master and tastes soft, crispy and fragrant. The highlight of the filling is the sweetness of fresh citrus juice and the richness of pickled citrus. The sweet and salty tastes are intertwined to fully interpret the citrus flavor.
外層的酥皮由糕點老師傅手工製作,吃起來軟綿酥香,餡料中的“重頭戲”,就是把新鮮柑橘汁的清甜,醃製柑橘乾的濃鬱,甜鹹兩種滋味交織纏繞,讓柑橘的風味得到完整的詮釋。
