On March 18, 2024, the unveiling ceremony of the Guangning County (Tianhe) Science and Technology Innovation "Reverse Enclave" Investment Promotion Center was held in the Tianhe District Science and Technology Innovation Park, Guangzhou City. On the day of the event, relevant leaders of Guangning County also held consultations with Guangzhou Yingding Biotechnology Co., Ltd. on accelerating the implementation of the Guangning project.

It is reported that this project is the first introduced project after the establishment of the Investment Promotion Center, and will be signed and construction will begin in the near future.
