On November 29, 2023, the Zhaoqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Bureau’s International Industrial Cooperation Liaison Service Point Listing and “Invest in Guangdong” platform Zhaoqing Foreign Affairs Zone online launch event was held in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone. This is the first foreign affairs service zone in Guangdong Province to be launched online.

At the event, the Zhaoqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Bureau awarded the "Zhaoqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Bureau International Industrial Cooperation Liaison Service Point" plaque to Guangdong (Zhaoqing) Wanyang Public Innovation City, and introduced to the guests the launch of the "Invest in Guangdong" platform Zhaoqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Enterprise Benefit Zone and operation demonstration, as well as the basic information, advantages and features, application methods of Zhaoqing APEC Business Travel Card, etc.

The establishment of the international industrial cooperation liaison service point will further optimize the liaison working mechanism, strengthen in-depth cooperation between parks and enterprises, and help enterprises "go global", explore international markets, enhance international competitiveness, and continue to grow and develop.

The "Zhaoqing Foreign Affairs Benefiting Enterprises" zone was the first to be launched on the "Invest in Guangdong" platform, which is an innovative measure taken by Foreign Affairs to explore new paths for serving enterprises and local economic and social development under the background of digital government construction.

By simultaneously expanding investment platform resources through offline contact points and online platforms, building platforms, building bridges, and promoting exchanges will further consolidate and enhance Zhaoqing's attractiveness to foreign-related enterprises and projects, and highlight Zhaoqing's opening up to the outside world with high-quality foreign affairs services.
