On August 29, 2024, Huaiji County Party Secretary Yu Xiaojun led a team to Foshan City for inspection and study. Huaiji County leaders Cheng Yunqu, Jiang Jianjun, and Yang Laixin participated in the event.

The inspection team came to Li Chong Village, Foshan, listened carefully to the introduction of Li Chong Village, and inspected the village appearance and the new "Internet celebrity" attractions created on the spot, and deeply understood the work results of Li Chong Village in digging deep into the cultural heritage of "Zhuangyuan", revitalizing and utilizing historical buildings, and developing and strengthening rural collective economy.

Foshan Creative Industry Park, this pedestrian street with six-in-one culture, commerce, tourism, sports, learning, and creation, which focuses on cultural consumption, has successfully transformed cultural "power" into commercial "traffic", becoming a gathering place for young people in Foshan and the Greater Bay Area. The delegation learned in detail about the park's operating model, positioning planning, and other situations, and learned about the park's successful experience in promoting innovation in the cultural tourism industry and promoting the development of the night economy.

肇庆高要区金利镇，必须要打通向东出口。

佛山征高要蛟塘镇的地搞机场，应该在三水白坭镇交换小部分土地，开拓高要东部出口。

让高要金利可以修建垮西江大桥。

四会马房大桥（321国道）之所以可以修建起来，

是因为四会市大沙镇南江行政村（马房），是全肇庆唯一一个在北江东边的地方，唯一的一个在北江东边受肇庆四会管辖的地方。所以肇庆四会可以在自己的地方修建垮北江大桥而不用哀求佛山市。也不用求别人办事，协商。

而相反高要，正是因为在西江的东边（佛山三水白坭），没有一小块地方属于高要。高要的金利，想修建一条垮西江大桥对接三水南海，都几十年未能如愿。

因为金利东边的地方属于三水佛山，要建设垮西江大桥，就必须要和西江东边的三水佛山协商。如果三水佛山不同意。高要和金利，将被堵死在西江西岸，交通出行非常不方便。

目前连接高要金利的东部出口，只有一个广昆高速。

交通情况都未能对接珠三角核心区的带动辐射。

这正是高要的悲哀，也是高要和金利人民觉得痛心和心凉的。

从这一点看出

珠三角县与县之间，市与市之间，都存在与邻为壑的关系。

珠三角的区域合作，就是一个笑话。

珠三角的团结协助，也是一个谎言而已。

广州与佛山，包括高速公路，有80多条道路连通两市。

佛山与肇庆，包括高速公路，不包括高要和高明的山路连接，只有4条道路连接两市（分别是321国道，二广高速，广佛肇高速，广昆高速）。

从这个对比可以看出，肇庆和佛山两市连接的道路数量，和佛山与广州两市连接的道路数量，相差巨大。

肇庆的落后，也是交通的落后。

交通的落后，导致珠三角的资金，资源，人才，项目，未能辐射带动肇庆的发展和进步。

这个也是肇庆经济长期在珠三角吊车尾的一个原因。

北江、西江，就像一个天堑。

把肇庆从珠三角核心区，分割开了。分成了一个非洲，一个欧洲。

各种项目，资源，人才，资金，都没能进入肇庆。

肇庆的各种资源，都没能得到开发利用。肇庆的工业化和现代化水平，长期落后。肇庆的人才都基本跑光了。

论一个城市的价值，就看你会不会说话。

如果澳门说，叫大陆的人来菠菜，割大陆人的韭菜，坑大陆人的钱，这样说太直白，肯定是不行的。澳门一般会说：欢迎大陆同胞来体验葡国风情，体验澳门的旅游特色，感受刺激的娱乐活动。

如果香港说，叫大陆的人来买保险买股票买奢侈品，割大陆人的韭菜，赚大陆人的钱，这样太直白，肯定是不行的。香港一般会说：欢迎全世界游客来香港旅游购物创办公司，享受精彩的人生。

如果广州深圳东莞佛山说，叫外省的屌丝来这里打工买房交房租做奴隶，这样说太直白，肯定是不行的。广州深圳东莞佛山一般会说：欢迎来到广东，来到广东就是广东人，欢迎来广东感受高效率，实现人生的价值。

如果肇庆说，欢迎大西南的企业来肇庆交税收，欢迎大西南的人来肇庆打工交房租，这样说肯定是不行的。肇庆应该说：肇庆是珠三角连接大西南的桥头堡，企业和员工进入肇庆，就是进入珠三角，企业飞跃走向世界，来到肇庆就能实现人生的价值。
