肇慶動力金屬主營的汽缸蓋是車輛安全件，要求十分嚴格，過去的開發週期是90天-180天，而如今新能源汽車客戶要求的是40天即給出樣品和報價。

車企開出的40天「答题」時間，

肇慶動力金屬花了35天就“交卷”，這很大程度上得益於數位化轉型的模擬鑄造獲得精準的、迅速的、專業的設計方案，以及公司專業、高效的產業協同方案，獲得及時、準確的模具、工裝等開發配套。

肇慶動力金屬從2019年開始就進行數位化升級，將生產線、財務數據、品質數據、能源數據、物流數據等全部整合一個平台，實現了從分散型到集中型辦公，平台數據的即時流動能夠讓生產線快速響應。

譬如某個生產數據的變化，從員工層層反映至統計部門，過去需要起碼一天，現在透過平台，幾乎同時知曉，產品的生產係數、重量、數量、產出等數據的匯總推動了生產線的高效溝通和流程協作的快速反應。

不僅如此，當車企負責人到動力金屬商討新產品的研發合作，技術部門負責人透過平台集合參數，現場就可以明確開發的技術細節。

根據統計，自推動數位化改革以來，動力金屬的設備利用率提升了12%、設備平均耗能減少3.5%、維護成本降低了13%、交貨準時率提高了15%。

走進廣東鴻圖科技股份有限公司的金利廠區，每條生產線上都醒目地擺放著一個指示牌，標註著壓鑄件供應的整車品牌，6800噸的超大型壓機正在上模。
