Recently, 7 projects in the large industrial cluster city-managed start-up zone were delisted, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the large industrial zone!

The 7 projects delisted this time are:

Tianzhe Auto Parts Production Project,

Zhongyida Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Project,

Zhongxing Intelligent Gas Metering Equipment Manufacturing Project,

Tongcheng Auto Parts Production Project,

Congli Auto Parts Production Project,

Gangshen New Materials Project and Chaomei Auto Parts Production Project,

The total planned land area of ​​the project is nearly 270 acres, and the planned total investment is over 2 billion yuan.

The delisted projects involve multiple industries such as new energy vehicles, high-end equipment manufacturing and new materials. Some enterprises have high technological content and great development potential. For example, the Zhongyida project, Zhongxing project and Gangshen project, all of whose investment enterprises are high-tech enterprises.

In addition, more than half of the delisted projects belong to the new energy vehicle and parts industry, which mainly produce automotive profiles, auto parts and auto battery covers and other products.

New energy vehicles and parts have always been the key development industries of the municipal start-up zone in the large production area. At present, many related projects have settled in the municipal start-up zone, such as the Tiancheng high-end automobile wheel hub production and manufacturing project introduced and invested 1 billion yuan this year; the Tailing Electric Vehicle Industrial Park project introduced and invested 1 billion yuan last year. It is believed that with the settlement of the delisted new energy vehicle projects, the strength of the new energy vehicle industry in the municipal start-up zone in the large production area will be further enhanced, the industrial chain will be more complete, and the industrial agglomeration effect will be more prominent.

Since 2024, the investment promotion team of the municipal start-up zone in the large production area has visited the industrial spillover areas of the Yangtze River Delta and the core areas of the Pearl River Delta to inspect a large number of high-quality industrial projects. 廣東省（肇慶）大型產業集聚區（下稱「大產區市管起步區」）產業招商又迎來新進展！

近日，大產區市管起步區有7個計畫摘牌，為大產區的高品質發展注入了強勁動力！

此次摘牌的7個項目分別為：

天哲汽車零件生產專案、

中億達電氣裝備製造項目、

 眾星智慧氣體計量設備製造專案、

同成汽車零件生產項目、

樅立汽車零件生產項目、

港申新材料項目和潮美汽車零配件生產項目，

本計畫總用地近270畝，計畫總投資額超20億元。

此次摘牌計畫涉及新能源汽車、高端裝備製造和新材料等多個產業，部分企業科技含量較高，發展潛力較大。如中億達項目、眾星項目和港申項目，其投資企業均為高新技術企業。

另外，在此次摘牌計畫中，超一半屬於新能源汽車及零件產業，這些項目主要生產汽車型材、汽車零配件和汽車電池蓋板等產品。

新能源汽車及零件一直是大產區市管起步區的重點發展產業，目前已有不少相關項目落腳市管起步區，如今年引進、投資10億元的天丞高端汽車輪轂生產製造項目；去年引進、投資10億元的台鈴電動車產業園區計畫等。相信隨著此次摘牌新能源汽車計畫的落戶，大產區市管起步區新能源汽車產業實力將進一步增強，產業鏈將更加完善，產業集聚效應也會更加凸顯。

今年2024年以來，大產區市管起步區招商團隊前往長三角產業溢出地區、珠三角核心區域，考察了一大批高效率產業項目，在開展行業龍頭項目洽談攻堅的同時，還全力以赴加快高新技術和「專精特新」企業落地。
