Liang Genqiang, head of Lebaba Company, told the author that last year the company invested more than 1.3 million yuan in the R&D and design of hardware accessories for two kitchen utensils, the flying saucer and the elevator, and added two new product production lines. The current monthly production capacity is 30 containers.
Lebaba Company is a newly listed enterprise in Jinli Town last year, focusing on the R&D and production of home hardware products. According to the data in the first half of this year, the production capacity increased by 20% and the revenue and profit increased by more than 4 million after the new product was launched. In half a year, 90% of the annual target was completed, and long-term cooperation relations were reached with overseas customers in Eastern Europe and other places.
The hardware industry is the pillar industry of Jinli. In recent years, more and more hardware industries have begun to pay attention to product research and development. Some are working towards smart home and auto parts, some are working hard to optimize process design, and some are pioneering and innovating to jointly develop new products with overseas customers... Tan Kaiyuan, head of Guangdong Xinpeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Li Taifeng is a manufacturing company mainly engaged in metal heat treatment and machining. In the early years, it transformed from metal processing to the automotive parts track and became a long-term supplier of Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen and other automakers. In the first half of the year, with excellent technology and high-quality services, the output value increased by 12.8% year-on-year. In the first half of the year, in order to promote the expansion and strengthening of the hardware industry, Jinli Town combined the working idea of "going out + bringing in", successfully held the second China (Jinli) Hardware Construction Expo, and organized enterprises to participate in the Canton Fair, Nanjing Sliding Door Exhibition and other domestic and foreign professional exhibitions in the form of "Good Hardware, Jinli Made" regional brand, and many enterprises received tens of millions of orders.

In accordance with the work arrangements of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and the Gaoyao District Party Committee, Jinli regards the implementation of industrial investment promotion as the "lifeline" to promote economic development, and strengthens, supplements and extends the leading industries such as auto parts and metal processing, while promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as hardware.
In the first half of this year, Jinli has signed 9 manufacturing projects with a total planned investment of 3.728 billion yuan, and all of them are projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan. Among them, the projects with an investment of more than 500 million yuan include the second phase of Guangdong Hongtu Science and Technology Park, Jiali Car Light Intelligent LED Lamps and Supporting Mold Module Production Project, Kangsheng Hardware Intelligent Production Project, etc., and 8 projects for capital increase and expansion.
The main person in charge of Jinli Town said that the town will seize the policy opportunity of Zhaoqing City being selected as a pilot city for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province, carry out in-depth "enterprise digital transformation and technical transformation" actions, support and support enterprises to upgrade and transform existing equipment, process conditions, production services, etc., and go all out to promote the goal of completing 50 new enterprises above the designated size this year.
