Gaoyao District maintains the momentum of the general battle and the high-spirited battle situation, accelerates the issuance of the "Notice on Continuously and Deeply Promoting the "General Battle" Work of Manufacturing Project Construction", and continues to implement the work mechanisms such as district leaders' on-site supervision, "supervision every half month", "dispatching every month", and "reporting every month", requiring all levels and departments to focus on normal and long-term effects, anchor the goals of early start, early completion, early production, and early results of the project, adjust the frequency and table, reverse the construction schedule, and fight with a chart, follow up the whole process and provide good services, and escort the project to accelerate the implementation and effectiveness.

As of the end of May 2024, 28 projects have been successfully promoted to achieve stage transfer, and the new Xiehang Greater Bay Area cold chain logistics and pre-prepared food production base project with a planned investment of 1.5 billion yuan has been successfully put into production. Currently, 4 enterprises in the projects that have been put into production have achieved compliance.

02   In-depth strengthening of factor guarantee

Gaoyao District has effectively enhanced the sense of urgency and responsibility for the construction of manufacturing projects, boosted the spirit of the battle, actively performed its duties, changed its work ideas, and anchored the guarantee of factors to overcome difficulties. District leaders conducted a special investigation on the construction of manufacturing investment projects, and clearly required functional departments and relevant towns to further emancipate their minds, innovate their working methods, and with the spirit of "time is running out, we must seize the day", we will do our best to solve the problems of project landing and blockages, and work together to fight a combination of punches.

Strictly implement the "front-line work method" and "project-based work method", give full play to the role of the nine special working groups serving the landing of industrial investment, and provide full-process services from project filing, construction permits, financial taxation, land approval, environmental assessment and safety assessment procedures. The new service model of "Party Building + Government Affairs" was launched, and the first comprehensive window of the Party and Government Affairs in Zhaoqing City was established, which continued to make the "High-level Affairs, Happy Handling" government service brand more red and brighter.

The Jiexun Auto Parts Production Project was successfully capped.

From January to May 2024, the district promoted the signing of "double tolerance and double commitment" for direct implementation of industrial investment projects and handled more than 20 joint acceptance businesses for engineering construction projects. It provided more than 20 matters such as enterprise registration, land auction services, project filing, temporary water and electricity installation for major manufacturing projects with slower progress such as Jinli High-tech Zone, Jindu Town Land Area, Liantang Town Jiangbin New City, and Lianjiang Area, and solved 14 problems such as the opening of intersections and the enrollment of children of employees, helping projects to accelerate implementation and construction, and enterprises to develop with peace of mind.
