On the morning of June 20, 2024, the unveiling ceremony of Guangzhou Data Exchange (Zhaoqing) Service Base and data product trading ceremony jointly sponsored by Zhaoqing Municipal Government Service and Data Management Bureau, Zhaoqing Branch of the People's Bank of China, and Zhaoqing High-tech Zone Management Committee was held in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone. Guangzhou Data Exchange (Zhaoqing) Service Base was officially unveiled and put into operation. This is a major breakthrough in the market-oriented reform of Zhaoqing's data elements, and it is also an important step for Zhaoqing to promote the integrated development of the real economy and the digital economy to a new level.

It is understood that the Guangzhou Data Exchange (Zhaoqing) Service Base is built and operated by Zhaoqing High-tech Zone Xingwang Data Co., Ltd. under the guidance of Zhaoqing Municipal Government Service and Data Management Bureau and Guangzhou Data Exchange. It focuses on tapping the data potential of key industries such as new energy vehicles, new energy storage, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, biomedicine and health, modern logistics, and cross-border e-commerce, supporting the digital transformation of industrial clusters, promoting the vigorous development of Zhaoqing's digital economy, and creating a benchmark for the data trading service base of the Pearl River Delta West Coast Urban Agglomeration.

At present, the base has developed more than 20 members, and has promoted 15 data products and data capabilities covering 10 fields to enter the Guangzhou Data Exchange, with a transaction volume of nearly 90 million yuan.

At the ceremony, Zhaoqing Sihui Rural Commercial Bank issued a 3 million yuan carbon account data product pledge loan to Zhaoqing High-tech Zone Xingwang Data Co., Ltd., which is the first carbon data product pledge loan in the country.

Based on this, the Zhaoqing Branch of the People's Bank of China provided a re-loan of up to 100 million yuan to the Zhaoqing Sihui Rural Commercial Bank. This is the first carbon data product in the country, the "pledge financing + People's Bank re-loan" financial service model, which will inject new vitality into the integrated development of digital finance and green finance in Zhaoqing, the province and even the whole country.
