我最近跟一些企业主交流聊天。

他们都有一个共同的感觉。

他们的企业，离开珠三角，离开粤语地区。很多企业都活不过三年。

现在他们都采取保守的策略，如果珠三角核心区的生产要素价格高，他们会优先考虑去广东省内粤语地区（珠三角周边地区）转移。

因为他们经过多年实践发现，离开粤语地区。

离开这个粤语圈，办企业困难重重，风险很高。

I was chatting with some business owners recently.

They all have a common feeling.

Their companies have left the Pearl River Delta and the Cantonese-speaking region. Many companies do not survive three years.

Now they all adopt a conservative strategy. If the prices of production factors in the core area of the Pearl River Delta are high, they will give priority to moving to the Cantonese-speaking areas in Guangdong Province (the areas surrounding the Pearl River Delta).

Because they discovered after years of practice that they left the Cantonese-speaking area.

Leaving this Cantonese-speaking circle, running a business is difficult and risky.
