Since the third quarter of 2023 last year, the contracted projects in the Zhaoqing Municipal Management Starting Zone have entered their peak implementation. Currently, more than 40 projects have been started, 6 of which have entered the plus or minus zero stage. Since the beginning of this year, the municipal management starting area has completed 21 land supply projects, of which 5 projects were introduced and the land was provided in the same year, which is evident from the rapid implementation speed.

The planned area of the Zhaoqing Municipal Management Starting Area is approximately 52 square kilometers, including the Sihui Dasha area and the Dinghu Lotus-Sihui Fuxi area. In order to strengthen the ability to support the industry, the municipal starting area implements the rolling management of "acquisition, storage and land supply". By the end of last year, a total of 14,200 acres of land had been acquired and stored, including about 9,800 acres in the Sihui Dasha area and the Lianhua-Fuxi area. About 4,400 acres.
