At present, the main construction of the first phase of the Lianfu Industrial Park project has been basically completed, and the construction of the outdoor landscape project is being promoted with all efforts. Among them, the four general factory buildings and R&D workshops have completed the five-party main acceptance and have begun to attract investment, focusing on attracting outstanding enterprises in the electronic information industry, new energy vehicles and auto parts industry, high-end equipment manufacturing, advanced materials and other industries to settle in.

The second phase of the first phase has fully broken through the "positive and negative zero", and the general factory buildings, R&D workshops, product exhibition centers, etc. are being accelerated. Among them, the main structures of small and medium-sized factories No. 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7, large factory No. 3, and exhibition center No. 1 have been capped. All buildings in the second section are expected to complete the main structure capping by the end of this year. After the completion of the two sections, more than 90,000 square meters of dormitory space can be provided to solve the accommodation problem of 6,000 people.

Roads are connected, finances are connected, and road network construction is taking shape

Roads are also an important part of infrastructure construction. Three roads, including the second phase of Zhenxing Avenue, Section AB of Beishui Avenue, Fuxi Hengsan Road, and four roads, including Fuxi Zongsi Road, are under construction, such as cement mixing piles, sewage pipe laying, and rainwater culverts. After completion, these roads will improve the road network structure of the municipal starting area and provide convenient travel conditions for enterprises in the park.

Project construction is in full swing. In addition to infrastructure, project construction in the municipal starting area of ​​the agglomeration area has also shown a trend of overall acceleration.

So far, a total of 47 projects have been started in the municipal starting area, of which 9 projects have fully broken through the "positive and negative zero".

These projects include a variety of industries such as new energy vehicles and auto parts, new energy storage, and new materials. Some projects have large investment scales, high technical content, and strong driving effects, such as the Tailing Electric Vehicle Industrial Park project with an investment of 1 billion yuan, the Guorui Xiechuang Southern Base Production General Plant project, and the Tiancheng High-end Automotive Hub project. With the gradual advancement of these projects, the industrial structure of the large production area will be further optimized and upgraded, and the industrial strength will also be significantly improved.

At present, the municipal starting area has formed a spectacular scene of 40 tower cranes operating at the same time. These tower cranes not only show the hot scenes of project construction, but also reflect the determination and confidence of the large production area in promoting high-quality development.
