以後買鑽石戒指，飛著就來了，想想就刺激——近期有朋友針對“小豪直播平台與大疆運載應用金牌代理商合作，透過運載無人機配送解決珠寶物流中的痛點問題”的事件如此評論道。那麼低空經濟如何引領珠寶產業變遷？ 「低空物流+珠寶」又是什麼新玩法？為此，LEPA進行專題研究，針對這種新玩法（暨低空+場景創新應用）的主要特點和應用場景進行梳理和總結，以期拋磚引玉，推動開拓創新。

「低空物流+珠寶」是無人機運輸的商用新探索，指的是利用低空飛行的無人機進行珠寶等高價值物品的物流運輸服務。這種新型的物流模式在深圳已經得到了實際應用，尤其是在珠寶業。例如，8月27日，大疆公司的FLYCART30運載無人機就被用於從深圳鹽田國家珠寶文化創新產業基地向羅湖水貝IBC頂層停機坪運送重達10公斤的黃金飾品，該黃金飾品是採購商透過粵豪珠寶線上直播平台小豪直播線上挑選，即時送達客戶手中。整個過程只需要大約15分鐘，大幅降低了傳統物流方式所需的時間和成本。

01 「低空物流+珠寶」模式的主要特點

一是實現快速配送：此模式一方面突破了時間限制。以往珠寶運輸依賴傳統物流方式，如陸運受交通壅塞影響，配送時間長。低空物流則利用無人機等飛行器，能快速起飛抵達目的地。另一方面即時回應需求。商家接獲訂單後，可快速安排無人機裝載珠寶貨物起飛配送，減少了訂單處理到貨物送達的時間間隔，實現快速響應，像外賣配送一樣快捷，提升客戶購物體驗。

二是可以精準運輸：此模式一方面點對點直達。低空物流可以實現從出貨點到收貨點的直接飛行，無需像傳統物流那樣經過多個中轉環節，避免了貨物在中轉過程中可能出現的延誤、遺失或損壞等問題。另一方面高精度導航。借助先進的導航技術和定位系統，無人機能夠準確地按照預設航線飛行，將珠寶貨物精準地送達指定地點，並提高了配送的準確性和可靠性。

三是硬體設備保障：此模式一方面使用了具有多重安全功能的無人機。用於珠寶運輸的無人機通常具備冗餘備援運作、安全迫降和緊急開傘等功能，確保在飛行過程中遇到突發狀況時，能夠保障貨物和飛行器的安全。另一方面使用了客製化的包裝手段。為珠寶貨物配備專門的密碼箱等安全包裝設備，從商品打包到顧客簽收，全程只有顧客一人能收到專屬取件碼，確保珠寶的安全運輸和交付。

四是運輸過程監控：此模式一方面實現了即時追蹤。透過精準衛星定位和先進通訊技術，商家和客戶可以即時追蹤無人機的飛行位置和飛行狀態，即時了解貨物的運輸進度，增強了運輸過程的透明度和可控性。另一方面採用了安全通訊。採用加密的通訊頻道，保障飛行資料和貨物資訊的安全傳輸，防止製程的資訊外洩。

02 “低空物流+珠寶”模式的應用場景

一是城市內部配送：該應用程式場景下的具體內容，一方面是生產基地到門市配送。像深圳水貝這樣的大型珠寶產業集聚區，珠寶生產加工基地與銷售門市之間有頻繁的貨物往來。低空物流可以快速將新加工好的珠寶成品從生產基地運送到門市。對於有多個生產基地和門市分佈的珠寶企業，低空物流也可以靈活規劃航線，實現多基地與多門市之間的快速調配貨物，提高供應鏈的反應速度。另一方面是門市之間調貨。當某門店出現商品缺貨、斷碼等情況，需要從其他門市調貨時，低空物流能夠快速實現貨物的轉移。尤其是對於一些緊急的調貨需求，如顧客在門市急需特定款式或尺寸的珠寶，透過低空物流可以在短時間內將貨物調配到位，提升顧客滿意度。

二是跨區域運輸：此應用程式場景下的具體內容，一方面是城市間短程運輸。在一些城市群或經濟區域內，城市之間的距離較近，低空物流可以承擔珠寶的短程運輸任務。例如，在珠三角、長三角等地區，城市之間的經濟聯繫緊密，珠寶的流通量較大，低空物流可以在幾個小時內完成城市之間的珠寶運輸，提高運輸效率，降低運輸成本。另一方面是特定區域運輸。一些珠寶產業園區或珠寶交易中心之間的貨物運輸，低空物流可以提供高效率、便利的運輸服務。例如，從原料供應地到加工園區，再到成品交易中心的貨物運輸流程中，低空物流可以在各個環節之間快速銜接，減少貨物的中轉時​​間和損耗。

三是緊急配送場景：該應用程式場景下的具體內容，一方面是客戶緊急客製化需求。當客戶提出緊急訂製珠寶的需求時，低空物流可以快速將客製化所需的原料從倉庫或供應商運送到生產車間，加速生產流程。同時，在珠寶成品製作完成後，也能迅速將成品送達客戶手中，滿足客戶對緊急訂製的時間要求。另一方面是售後服務快速回應。如果客戶購買的珠寶需要維修、保養或更換，低空物流可以快速將珠寶從客戶處取回，送到維修中心進行處理，然後再將維修好的珠寶送回客戶手中，縮短售後服務的周期，提高客戶的售後體驗。

四是電商直播銷售配送：此應用程式場景下的具體內容，一方面是直播帶貨即時配送。在直播過程中，當客戶下單購買珠寶後，低空物流可以立即啟動配送流程，快速將珠寶送達客戶手中，實現直播帶貨的即時配送服務。這種模式可以大大提高顧客的購買體驗，增加顧客的滿意度和忠誠度。另一方面是線上促銷活動配送：在電商平台舉辦的各種促銷活動期間，珠寶的銷售量會大幅增加，傳統物流可能會面臨配送壓力大、配送時間長等問題。低空物流可以作為補充力量，快速處理訂單，及時將珠寶送達客戶手中，緩解物流配送壓力，確保促銷活動的順利進行。

五是安全押運場景：該應用場景下的具體內容，一方面是高價值珠寶運輸。對於一些高價值的珠寶，如鑽石、翡翠等，傳統物流運輸有一定的安全風險。低空物流可以透過客製化的安全措施，如加密通訊、即時監控、安全包裝等，確保高價值珠寶在運輸過程中的安全。同時，無人機運輸可以減少人員接觸，並降低人為竊盜的風險。另一方面是貴重珠寶展押運。在珠寶展覽、博物館展覽等活動中，需要將貴重珠寶從一個地方運送到另一個地方進行展示。低空物流可以提供安全、有效率的押運服務，確保珠寶在運輸過程中的安全，同時也能提高展覽的籌備效率，減少珠寶在運輸過程中的風險。
